Coast capital has been great. TD lost my business because they did not care about my business however TD's overall hours, service, structure and online banking were a bit better.

Poor customer loyalty in spite of conscientious employees and membership input. No consideration for members’ needs. Closed longtime branch seniors depended on in Fort Langley after reassuring members at the onset that it would reopen. Now closing last bank machine in town in January/23

Very very very very poor loyality.The worst service on earth..We want to make change on our home title. And make a change a member on mortgage from guarantor to home owner mortgagor.The coast capital credit union loan emloyees couldn't find their own procedures in 3 days. When I asked to have a manager talk to me they are in meetings ( what an excuse).They ridiculously frustrated us totally.And they want members to recommend them to our friends. My Lord.Freinds think ten times before coming near this institution.

The lineups are not usually long but the tellers are SLOW, so even if there's only 1 person ahead of you, you can still wait a LONG time.
