He wants to be payed before the service, which is not a problem as long as the job is done, however, I had requested for him to share before and after pics for my Airbnb and its been day three that he hasnt responded to any of my calls , voicemails or email.

Great service! Highly recommend it. Prices are very reasonable. I paid 84 and some change for a queen and double bed cleaning. This is my 2nd time having renzo clean my daughters mattress from pee stains. I recommend using this service especially if you are a parent and your child wets the bed. Thank you again for your services you provided for me this weekend! Other than that my only thing I didn't like was the boots in my house and my entire floors were filthy but that's to be expected. I think maybe some slip ons over the boots while its wet outside would be a good idea for doing services during wet weather and all weather.

Had my carpets steam cleaned. Renzo did a great job. All rooms and stairs including 2 mattresses. He took his time and didnt rush at all. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely use his business in the future.

Made the appointment and they were able to accommodate the same week. Showed up right on time and got right to work. We had a sizeable area to clean, including stairs and an area rug and Lorenzo knocked it out in just over an hours time.Courteous and professional the entire time. I highly recommend and I will be calling back to get our upstairs done in a few week.

Metro London Carpet Cleaning
Paid $202 after being told only $170 and got it returned a week later and my dogs and cat hair are still all over the thing and it smells like it’s not been washed. Still in my sunroom rolled up, and been trying to call this guy for 2 weeks with not one response. Both my girlfriend and I try but no answer.
