This was the absolute worst taxi ride we have ever had. He tailgated all the way up Highway 97, even when we asked him to slow down. He continued once we were off the highway and at one point had to slam on the brakes to avoid a collision with the car ahead. When we got to our destination I told him that he needed to slow down. He told me to f@&k off. This angry guy is going to kill somebody!!

I left my phone in cab 29. I live in west kelowna. After an hour of talking to the useless dipatcher I call my phone and the driver answered. We agreed to meet at the hospital. He charged me 33 dollars to get my phone back. I did not want to make a seen so I paid it. Thankd god for Uber

Landed around midnight at the airport. Taxi picked me up and dropped me off at home. The taxi driver kindly pulled my bags out the trunk but in the process my electronics inside my bag came out into the trunk, from the side meshing. Taking my bag from the driver I went inside around 130am. It wasn't until the next day I realized my items were missing. Totaling over $500 in combined value. I contacted Kelowna Cabs Ltd to ask them to check the vehicles, no response, sent the form required on the website, no response, I have the time I was dropped off and the taxi number, no response. At this point its safe to assume my items have been stolen and no response from the company. Will never use again. No accountability and no protocols in place to protect customers. 30 dollar taxi ride cost me over $500 in stolen gear.

Used the app to book a taxi. Taxi picked up another person immediately and drove away. Could see it leaving on the app. There is no way to cancel that ride on the app and so you cannot book another. Had to call and wait 10 mins on hold to get through and then another 10 for the taxi to arrive. I am now 20 minutes late for my own birthday dinner. I would avoid at all costs. Not worth the aggravation.

Picked up from the airport and asked for a ride to a hotel. The cab driver told us we were “a waste of his time” sped the entire way. Absolutely the worst service I have ever encountered. Texted all 17 of my business colleagues in our group chat for the work trip to make sure they avoid at all costs.

Absolutely above and beyond service!I cannot give these guys enough stars, I was picking up my husband from the airport when our truck battery died, we decided to take a taxi but forgot the truck keys in our taxi, a driver from the company helped us drive all over hunting down the driver of the taxi with our missing keys, as we had no information on which taxi we took. He was calling so many other drivers to ask for help and was so patient and understanding with our situation. Long story short we ended up getting the keys thanks to our driver and a few of his coworkers, and they ended up boosting out truck for us also!The people involved in helping us were so genuine and kind! We are betting grateful

It’s a basic taxi service that takes you from place to place, so they earn a few stars for getting that done. But my experience in the cab was substandard; one side of the passenger was damaged and taped over - it didn’t look particularly durable (see picture). Thus I sat behind the driver, whose seat was so far back that I had no leg room. Also, I’m sorry to say that the cab (or driver) smelled strongly of body odor to the extent why I was covering my nose during the trip.BC really needs to get on board with ride -sharing services like Lyft or Uber. When individual drivers own & operate their cars, they seem more likely to keep the quality high. The increased convenience (easier to call) and transparency (price, map, etc) are far superior when using an app.

I ordered a cab on the app and then chose to pay the cabdriver with cash. The cabbie did not cancel the charge on the credit card, took the cash and the tip! I disputed it though visa and still no reversal or response. This is a complete ripoff! I’m removing the app and will never use the service again. Brutal!

Cab driver number 31 at 10:30 am from the airport, berated my partner the entire ride after trying to refuse service as the destination wasn't far enough, person at the airport told this old lady she had to take my partner as it's the rules, the old lady driver proceeded to harass my partner the entire way to the university calling her a cheap b**ta*d and other mean things, swearing, telling her not to use kelowna cabs again etc, honestly absolutely disgusting behavior. No one paying for a service even for a short distance should be treated that way. This cab driver should lose her job for how rude and verbally abusive she was. Just like she said we won't be using this company ever again and I hope anyone else who sees this makes the smart choice and uses current taxi or another company before even considering getting into a yellow cab when they employ people like this. Reading other reviews this seems to be a frequent thing that happens and the fact its still happening on a fairly regular basis shows this company does not care at all for its customers. I will be filing a report with consumer protection B.C as reading other reviews this seems to happen way to often, people even being denied service and told to walk absolutely unacceptable.

Terrible. Ask the cab driver to dropped my friend off before dropping me off at my car. She just wanna pay her part before he dropped me off so when he got to her place she gave him$$ he then reset the meter and I have to pay more again. Usually they charge you the full price at the final destination. So he reset at 4.10$ and I have to pay another 6$ from her place to where my car was park which is 30 seconds walk away from her place. I didn't know he reset the meter and also it was raining he drove past my car so I ended up having to pay more. I was gonna leave a really good tip but 6$ of the over charge was uncalled for. So no I will not use this service again.
