I dove 3.5 hours after talking to them for a week just to be told that they were to busy to look at me trade when I was ready to buy a new motorcycle and they were not helpful or accommodating at all

Based on the rudeness of the guy on front desk with dark glasses who wouldn’t take his face out of the computer screen while I tried to talk to him, I would say to anyone who expects polite service to go else where. I do imagine the owners are not aware of his disservice to their business. Hopefully someone can bring that to their attention sooner than later.

Freshwater motoplex was awesome. Service was top notch, beautiful building and the manager Rob Kinsella went above and beyond to make our purchase a pleasant one. He even helped lift my old sled in my truck.

I have been going to Freshwater Suzuki for almost 20 years now and have owned multiple Suzuki vehicles and the service is top notch. They take care of you no matter what and I will continue to keeping going there. Hopefully they bring Suzuki back to Canada so I can purchase another one and have the staff take care of me like they have always done.

This staff has been doing this for a long time, and I have been dealing with them for at least 20 years with Vehicles i have purchased and servicing the same. They are the best at what they do. I cant wait to start dealing with them for my A.T.V needs as well. The best service department on the Island. Hands down.

I recently took my car to this garage that I have been several times before. The issue was related with the alternator and it was replaced. They suggested me to change two more parts ( one is transmission related the other one is ignition) and I accepted. When picking the car up, there was an engine sign on the first gauge in the car. After driving 100 meters, the heat gauge came to red area and an acceleration problem came out. I called them immediately and made an appointment . They checked my car and told me they had to reprogram car and fill some coolant and charged me around 100 $ after paying almost 1400$ in the first appointment. Before getting car to this garage with alternator related electric issue which account for just 600$ of the first bill, we had never an issue with the acceleration or engine. After the second appointment, we could drive our cars just two times and the acceleration issue turned back three days later. I made a third appointment and they told me this time they had to replace engine or head gasket, both of which are very expensive jobs, and charged me again whereas the same issue continues. In total, I paid almost 1500$ and got an engine issue that I have never experienced with my car before this service. In addition, they returned my car with remote entry key box was not functional. At first, the guy taking care of me did not accept the issue and said I did not give him that remote part and gave just a manual key. And then he accepted the responsibility and said they left the car and key outside overnight and the battery in the remote was dead therefore. He suggested me to buy a battery. I took my car with a single issue to be repaired and got several others including a severe engine problem. No surprise, I bought a battery and my remote is not functional now. I am the second owner of the car and when buying the car, 35.000 km ago they said it was a well maintained car with no issue supporting the arguments of the seller, but today the guy taking care of me said he would not be interested in trading my car with one in their stock. Worst service and treatment that I have ever seen. No respect for human dignity and zero work ethic. The guy there was going to blame me with lying when I asked about my remote.
