Nice joint right across from the Old Port. We stopped for drinks (it was a hot day) and also ordered guacamole and chips. I didn’t realize that the server makes the dip table-side! So that was fun. Tasty, too!

I usually go to La Catrina Mile End and I always had the BEST TIME. I tried the Old Port location last week for the first time and NEVER AGAIN. First of all, a waitress came to take our orders for drinks and appetizers, we got them within 10-15min which was amazing, and then we never saw that waitress again, she just disappeared. After an hour of waiting, we asked a random waiter if he could take our order and he agreed. The menu is embarrassingly small, they have maybe 25-30% of what the Mile End location offers.. the drinks weren’t as good, the portions were awfully small… the only positive thing was the vybe, it’s in the old port and the DJ was good but I’m giving a 0 for the food, drinks and service. I wouldn’t recommend it.

We had a nice experience at the restaurant. The staff was nice but the food was a little overrated: portions are small and we di not recommend the tasting plate for the tacos.Food 3/5Drinks 4/5Place/decoration 5/5Atmosphere 5/5Staff 4/5Value for money 3,5/5

Got drawn in to celebrate on Cinco De Mayo for a late lunch here. Great location at the waterfront. It was busy so service was a bit slow but expected. The food was fantastic and fresh! We had the guacamole which is made in from of you with homemade chips to share. We opted for various tacos , tostada's and tartare. The presentations was beautiful and flavours were beyond tasty. Along with fantastic drinks we had the Churros...they were hot and the sauce was delightful. So good, Definitely get the Churros to end your meal, you won't regret it!

Cons- Food portions are very small- be warned. Way overpriced for what you get- $12 For a quesillada the size of your palm.The corn was really tasty- but the tacos should really list how many they come with, because some come with 2 and others came with 3. But 2 tacos for 20$ is overpriced. The tartare was good but small and didn't come with chips or anything to scoop with it.Our server wasn't happy to be serving us for some reason, visibly not pleased to be working.Pros- we got seated quickly and they were accommodating for our size. The food all tasted good.The patio looked really nice, lots of seating. Owner was really kind and had a good attitude.Overall- would not recommend or go back.

Guac is very delicious!!! It's a place to order appetizers, not for a main course. The service is too slow! And not very nice. The sizes don't match their final cost!!Our order was Tacos and Quesadilla.

I cannot recommend the drinks here enough. Every margarita that I had was phenomenal, flavorful, and refreshing. The food is also absolutely delicious. Would come back in a heartbeat. Loved the wait staff as well!

The best part of this place is that the tortillas are gluten free,I double checked multiple times bc they were so busy. I have celiac disease so this is important.Guacamole, beans, nopales, all so good. The tacos were good, ceviche was not. It lacked flavor, salt, lime, gosh didn't seem great either. Margaritas were expensive and lacked flavor, not spicy at all (ordered the spicy margaritas).Would come back for the beans and guacamole and tacos. Probably.
