I had my lashes and two refills done by Jash. She is very friendly and has great customer service. I also had fire and ice facial and she was amazing. I love going to her not just for the service but it relaxes me after a hard day at work. Very kind and amazing at what she does! The best part is I can talk and laugh while she does my lashes instead of putting me to sleep. I would highly recommend her.

I went to this place and my lashes didn’t last even for 10 days. Paid 75 dollars for them and contacted the lady who did the lashes. I asked her to compensate for the horrible results but she didn’t even bother to reply back. All she said that she saw my review i posted and just ignored. I wasn’t expecting that behaviour and such unprofessional service. I know she is very good at her work but when the customer is not satisfied with the result, the professional should take it seriously and try to resolve the issue.

Jash is very accommodating and takes care of your natural lashes as well as doing a great job on the extensions. I got them done before a vacation and absolutely loved them!

First time doing eyelash extensions and Jash is very patient, even with my long stubborn downward pointing lashes. Great technique and was amazing to even help me take a look at them the next day as my own lashes were weighing them down...as I have an out of town trip for my first mother's day with my daughter. Really great at making sure her customer is satisfied and that their extensions can indeed uphold to the 3-5 week time frame before a fill is needed. Thank you so so much Jash!

She was a no-show. Drove all the way over to her Brunette location for my appointment to find a locked door. I called her and she claimed to be sick and that she didn't have my number to call me. She had my number. I gave it to her when I booked my appointment. Terrible customer service. Thankfully, I've found another reliable salon to take me today.

I have been going to Jash for almost a year a now. I’ve been going to her for hybrid lash extensions which she does beautifully and quickly every time. Just today she did my 4 week eyebrow micro blading touch up and I love how the shape and colour turned out. Cannot wait until it is fully healed. Her service, cleanliness and communication go above and beyond.Jash doesn’t just display exceptional professionalism- She also shows that she truly cares for her clients by respecting their priorities, needs, and wants before and during appointments.For the previous comment leaving a one star review, I hope they can seriously find some real human compassion/ empathy. Honest Business owners (like Jash) work hard for their families. If there’s an emergency, and life tends to throw surprise emergencies at everyone- you need to drop everything and be there for your family/friend/whomever.
