Went in to get a whole new snowboard set up, Taryn picked out the perfect boots and board and cannot wait to try them out, will definitely be coming back here in the future

Went to the source to check out insulated snowboarding pants I was looking to purchase. Although the pants I was searching for did not work out, one of the women working there selected a pair that were perfect for me. Selection for sizing was low due to spring coming, their website was up to date on stock. I ended up purchasing the pants the woman suggested online from a different retailer, I want to say thanks to the staff for the advice and good experience!

A+ Customer service, I forgot to grab the staff's names like I normally like to do to for reviews, but my experience in the store today was awesome! My younger cousin is into the skater/snowboarder style and I am blind to that kind of look, and so I was somewhat flying blind, but the staff working today made sure he got exactly what he wanted and went the extra mile to make us feel so welcome! Thanks so much guys!

Awesome shop. Great staff. My big goofy self went in there to buy a cruiser, I fell off it and dusted my ankle and they didn't even laugh. Walked right out of there proud and limping with a new board. Good dudes. Almost threw up but happy with my purchase.

Great variety of stock. Bought Burton Mint boots and bindings. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Visited to pick up some SB Giant His and the staff was super relaxed and friendly, everyone was down to talk snowboarding and skating. Had a good selection of boards, not as many as the. Downtown location but still pretty good, they also had splitboard skins and accessories which can sometimes be hard to find. Overall I’d recommend classic skate shop, classic

I bought a new snowboard from the Shawnessy location. The person helping me was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions about the board. He understood that I was on the fence with the board and got someone else from the store who rides the same board to help me out. With both source employees having rode the board I had in question and the board I was replacing they were able to answer technical questions I had and compare my old snowboard to the one I was looking at. I purchased the board and I finally got it out on snow and they were absolutely right about everything they were talking about. It was such a great experience to talk to someone before making the purchase. They answered question about riding the new board in chowder, spinning, speed, and more. My previous experience with buying snowboards could be a roll of the dice but the guys at the source were dialled in and I appreciate it very much

Phil helped me out big time putting together an all new setup. I would highly suggest any of my friends to do the same when it’s time to freshen up their gear. A great and easy experience

First time coming into the store looking for a new snowboard. As a newer boarder not knowing anything about the products, one of the gentleman there gave me full professional service. Set me up with a board in the price range I was looking for and something I can progress in. Super knowledgeable and even brought a board in for me from Edmonton. Will be coming here for all future equipment needs.
