My appraisal took 20 minutes. Cost $1200, and came in over $100,000 lower than the banks appraisal. No measurements taken. Poor comparables.

I was concerned over being able to get an appraisal at all during this Covid 19 pandemic, however, even with a brand new addition to their family, Gord came through. Through exterior measurements, interior pics, and many questions, a proper appraisal was done. I am so very thankful to Gord for providing this service. We need more people like this.
