The ingredients were fresh, but everything is very bland. The guacamole costs extra and you only get like, a tablespoon of it. The hot salsa isn’t hot at all and tastes like jarred Tostitos salsa. The service was good, though — the two young men at the counter were very nice.

So moat of the time when we go to bar burrito it's awesome great food and service....... until tonight! To the girl rolling her eyes because we walked in 30mins before closing to the young guy and his buddy (who walked in from his car with no uniform on) swearing eatting random stuff from the prep station and acting cool and like they own the place! Tacos were basically thrown together in the boxes and cold not impressed at all! Most times it's awesome like I said definitely won't be back anywhere near closing!!!!!!

Food is great, friendly staff and AAA quality. Usually comes here every weekend bcz I live in nearby town just bcz of their awesome burritos, also want to mention their new classic chicken sandwich it’s better than already well established fast food restaurants.

My new go to spot in Kemptville! Went here for the grand opening and was very impressed. Good vegetarian option with the veggie crumble burrito. All the toppings were fresh and flavourful and their sauces were amazing. Good spice to the hot sauce. Highly recommended. Our family will be back many times.

Why bother placing an order online ahead of time, when they don’t bother reading the differences in the order. We ordered the bowls and they were alright tasting, nothing special and wasn’t even ready when I arrived

The customer service here is outstanding. The food is great. I was in today and while they were making our tacos the taco god maker actually added more meat when he realized that it didn't have the same amount as the others! I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but we all know what it is like when busy and serving others that some people just don't care about those little things! Then I left my cellphone behind and they had secured it for me on my return! A very big thank you again!

Stopped in during a blizzard!! Staff really friendly and made lots of suggestions. We both ordered burrito bowls. Chicken was seasoned nicely. The beans, rice and all the toppings were super fresh. The taste of everything was great. We’ll be back!!

Review for customer service rather than food quality- the food admittedly is good. But in the middle of a huge power outage across the region, we called ahead to make sure they were open. They assured they would be, though only taking cash. Made the drive, an found they had closed more than half an hour before posted time. They never thought to mention this on the phone.
