The Toy Box Early Childhood Education Centre

This is generally a very good daycare. They employees genuinely care about their jobs and they have tons of activities for the kids. They also take very reasonable precautions for the health of the kids. My only issue has been their pricing which is higher than other daycares

I left a $100 deposit in January to guarantee a spot for September. We found a different location that could take my child sooner, but the deposit (apparently) is non-refundable. This was not explained to me in the first place. It is quite ridiculous that I have to either take my chances on a spot opening up within 9 months or forfeit $100 if a different place has an available spot sooner. I can understand if this happened right before they were expecting my child, but I’m sure they’ll have no problem at all filling the spot within the next 4 months.
