I called up to get help and I was asked to leave my number and wait for a call back. Within a couple of hours Colin Kirschman called back and I explained my situation to him regarding my Tenant Insurance pak and he took about 2 mins flat to get my details and sort my issue out. He is super fast and super efficient and thanks to Westland Insurance my Tenant Pak was renewed for my upcoming lease in a very short time. Thank you Colin.

Brandy Walters Pearce is the most knowledgeable insurance advisor in the city. Any time I have a question or issue, I can be guaranteed to get a fast, friendly, and TRUE response from Brandy. She provides a level of service rarely seen in any industry anymore, and for that to be coming out of an insurance company is honestly unheard of. She goes above and beyond every time I deal with her, and I recommend her whenever given the opportunity. Everyone I know who has gone to see her agrees with me. She's the best in the business. I would challenge anyone who disagrees to a duel, and I'm a pacifist!
