Eco-V Cleaning

I booked eco-V cleaning as they were the only company who was able to accommodate cleaning our new home before moving in on such short notice. Unfortunately the service was unsatisfactory and the cleaner was dishonest about cleaning certain parts of our home such as the fridge and freezer. I had asked for a partial refund but was instead offered a free cleaning session by the owner. When I tried to claim the free session, there was very poor communication with the owner and she often did not respond until I sent multiple messages. I was also given the run around on when a cleaner would be sent. In the end, I never received a free cleaning or a refund. Overall poor customer service.

Dishonest, their cleaner sprayed into our microwave which short circuited it.Instead of trying to resolve the issue, we were told that it wasn’t them..Thankfully once it was dried out properly it worked again.

I recently tried these cleaners in my home. They were amazing! Fast, fast, fast, and they did a great job. The place was spotless afterwards. I would highly recommend them, and will use them again.

I had arranged for a cleaner 1 day before move out and the cleaner was a no show. Lina was so helpful and accommodating she sent someone early the next morning and they did a great job! I will definitely use them again and will be considering a regular cleaning option !!!!

We have a licenced vacation rental in our home. I had issues in the past with other companies. They were either punctual, but didn't do a very good clean, or they did a great clean...if they showed up. I needed a company that are both punctual and leave the space spotless. It is crucial to my business. Until I found Eco-V Cleaning, I didn't think it was possible. Aside from the fantastic staff, Lina is a pleasure to work with. Very gracious, accommodating and kind. Vacation properties are rated on cleanliness, I have consistently received 5 star ratings since I partnered with Eco-V Cleaning.

I have had cleaners for 6 years and always felt like my wishes were too much or that it was just how cleaners worked to do the bare minimum nothing more. I hired Eco-V cleaning and I can NOT be happier. My cleaner is incredible she has attention to detail goes above and beyond to leave my house spotless and sparking . She follows my lists and also thinks of things even i didnt .The owner is a pleasure to deal with super responsive and I'm always left feeling heard. I can not recommend this company enough u won't regret it!!!
