I have received 3 bouquets for our wedding anniversary from my husband ! The first one was a shame!! He had to order another two!! A rip-off! $600 for very lousy arrangements, the flowers badly cut, badly wrapped, bad client service, and totally overpriced and pretentious.We will never go there again!!!!!

I am very disappointed with this company. I place an online order for Mother’s Day for my mother and aunt, I provided Mr. Denis with my credit card information. He originally wanted it by email, but I asked if I could provide it by phone, which he called me and took it. That gave me the impression that my order was placed. However, I did not get a confirmation email of my purchase nor a call back to say they were busy and could not proceed with my order or that it will be delivered later. There was no customer service at all, I would have understood if I were provided with some explanation. It really is disappointing because I wanted to provide my mother with flowers for Mother's Day seen as I do not live close to her and put a smile on her face because of everything that is going on right now, as my mother is a nurse.Update Mr. Denis, contacts me today after I sent an email saying I would like to cancel my order, explaining that it was a crazy day yesterday and that he apologize and would give me a discount on my purchase. Which I accepted as the flower was already supposedly ready and he will be deliver it personally today.

NEVER EVER order flowers from there. I ordered flowers for a friend's bridal shower and confirmed with one of the staff that they should arrive before noon, as 12pm was the time of the shower. The flowers showed up at 5pm, and the owner Denis has charged me the full amount. He was disgusting and rude and does not deserve to be in business. Do not order flowers from flore- go with Westmount florist their flowers are much more beautiful.

One of the best! Always bringing the most beautiful floral arrangements. Denny and his staff always go above and beyond with their detailed work. Truly an absolute delight!

INSULTING, worse experience ever! I was a faithful client for many years, including for my wedding. I will however NEVER order flowers from Flore again. The owner, Denis, became extremely rude when I told him something went wrong with the delivery of a big bouquet for my Aunt's birthday. She lives in Westmount, less than 5 minutes from the store. The flowers were delivered in the evening instead of the afternoon as cleary agreed with Denis when I placed my order at 9:30 am on August 26th 2022. The store did not call her prior to the delivery, as was clearly agreed with Denis when I placed my order over the phone. INSTEAD, the flowers were delivered at 6:30pm (she left her house at 6:20pm for her birthday dinner...) and sat in front of her door until 10pm when she got back home. Of course they were wilted. I told Denis I was very upset about this. What kind of a birthday surprise is that?! In addition to that, he HUNG UP in my face because no one apparently ever complained to him. I still can't believe how I have been treated by Denis. When I look at my wedding pictures, I now have a sour taste when I look at my beautiful flower headband that was ordered there.Léna Chabot from TMR.

What a wonderful florist ! The flowers are uniquely beautiful and Denis and his staff go the extra mile to assure clients. are well served and satisfied. By very far the best florist in Westmount.

This place is impeccable, the staff is lovely and helpful, the flowers and accessories are gorgeous!You can come to the store or order online for any of your special occasions!I highly recommend this shop for your next celebrations ^^

I have purchased flowers as gifts, for funeral arrangements, and for myself at this florist, over several years. Flore in Westmount are my go-to place when in Montreal ... not inexpensive but superb freshness, distinctive beautiful arrangements and attentive service. I have travelled extensively and love to buy fresh bouquets... this rivals and surpasses some of the best shops in Paris, London, Toronto, etc. Exceptional service and value. A neighbourhood gem.
