Tablet is malfunctioning; even after resetting it something is wrong. It is still under manufacturer warranty, but multiple attempts to contact Lenovo were unsuccessful (they're using chat bots that don't even respond), so we contacted Staples. A friendly representative assured us that even though it was past 14 days since we bought it, they would gladly exchange it. He even double-checked to make sure they had some in stock. However, the next day, we were told by a supervisor that this employee is a young part-time employee"

The store is so poorly stocked I was shocked.I wanted a multi port power supply to plug into a wall and they had nothing.Looked for a USB hub and they had two.I was very disappointed.

Mostly this is a great place to shop. It is a little hit and miss to find someone knowledgeable on some of the technical questions on the products.

Thanks to young lady that was working in printing yesterday! We needed 180 cards printed last minute and she was able to get it done. Even with the printer jams, and all the cutting she got everything done! Our community appreciated it so much!! Great customer service on her end!! :)

Tiffany in the print shop gets my 5 star rating in customer service! I stopped to print a few items but she kindly explained the stores printer had been down for repair. Although it was working again they were not able to accommodate same day printing at the counter due to back log so she happily and patiently walked me through the self-serve printers. She returned a couple of more times to make sure things were printing smoothly and that I was happy with the qualityThanks Tiffany!
