Was not a bad experience, but knowledgeable salesmen are what this place is lacking. We enjoyed the car, but as we were shopping for different ones, we switched the interest. If we ever shop again for Kia, probably not at this place.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!!!!As soon as you do they dont care about you anymore.After i bought my car here i went back to pick up my new mags and tires and they were filthy and covered in oils stains. I was inside waiting while they placed them in my car.After taking look in my back seat when i got home i saw they dirtied my entire back seat and they even scratched the leather on one of the back doors.I went back to ask them to fix it and clean my car and they said and i quote you are ridiculous

Salesperson nice , not knowledgeable with numbers. Director hid in his office and kept low balling us ,changing the numbers and raising the payments. Wasted hours of our time and never even came to see us. Very unorganized dealership. Receptionist sitting on sidewalk of dealership smoking .Very unprofessional feel for a dealership. Waste of time !!! Strongly recommend Kia . Very strongly DO NOT reccomend this dealership!!

Don't fall for their come to the dealership to talk about price as they will not budge $1 given that you wasted your time going to them and they didn't lose anything.I believe their selling strategy is to waste time as much as possible that you get tired and but a car so that the horrible experience is over.
