Called service department three times today and reception told me to leave message and they will definitely get back to me.. no call back, nothing. I own a $160k 992 Carrera and I can’t get the service department to call me back - how much do I need to spend with Porsche to get a call back? Unfortunately I had better expectations of the service levels.

Ravi was extremely helpful and professional! He was patient and answered all of my 1000 questions. Also returned my call promptly which I appreciated. Porsche always gives the best service!

Picking up my porsche was an excellent experience. Johnny was very professional and enjoyable to chat with. He answered all my questions, and then some I didn't even think to ask. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Service at the dealership was garbage, the salesman were very rude, and talked in a arrogant tone. They did not know how to talk to a customer and had no respect for the customer. After we chased them down, contacted them ourselves and presented them with a very good and reasonable offer only a few thousand less than their price. I went their with my family but talked in such a rude and arrogant manner, did not even ask us to sit down to talk. The sales man did not even give a thought to what we said, like he was try to get us to leave. Even worse they decided to reject our offer with no regard and two days later took an offer 14 thousand less than their original price, when ours was only a few thousand less. If you are looking for a car find another dealership, that can provide good customer service and a overall good time unlike, these people who do not know how to treat their customers. This dealership is a stain on the Porsche name.

My experience at Porsche Centre Downtown Toronto has always been excellent. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Allan Gouveia and he truly is wonderful. I appreciate his honest and transparent approach when it comes to managing expectations and timelines. He has a unique ability to make you feel like his only customer. I highly recommend this dealership and specifically Allan if you are looking to buy a Porsche in the GTA.

I had a negative experience with pre-owned manager Stuart at the Porsche dealer. He was rude and unpleasant. When I went to sell my Porsche Macan 2018, he addressed me impolitely and seemed disinterested. After making me wait for 30 minutes, he finally took the keys to inspect my car without asking any relevant questions. He then started making excuses about the car's condition, claiming that the brand new brakes needed to be replaced and making a big deal about the tire pressure sensor being on. It was clear that he was trying to find reasons to offer a low price. When I mentioned a higher offer from another dealer, he became defensive and dismissive. Frustrated, I decided to leave, and he even had the audacity to say, Buddy

Everything was perfect. Stuart Drummond helped with the original order. Johnny Lorenz looked after everything up until the delivery of the car. He was fantastic to work with. Very professional and courteous throughout.
