We as a family went in for black Friday sale. We were looking for a new bed set for my son and his fiance. ( Starting out on their next step to their future) We had a young man named Josh that helped us out from the Chatham kent location. Josh was very professional and proud about his job and did not push us in to anything above our budget. Any questions we had he was perfect at answering and explaining to us. We talked about our family's and the love he has for his wife and children we loved that he was understanding of just starting out as a young couple as he stated we all been there. I will be sure to buy again from this young man.Thank- you so much Josh on making our experience so much fun.The Debrouwer family.

My husband and I decided to purchase a new mattress and Josh helped us out. He was fantastic and answered all our questions. We were in a bit of a rush and he arranged for us to pick up at the warehouse and checked in after to make sure everything went smoothly. He really cares and it shows. Thanks Josh!

Completely satisfied with the Twin XL bed I ordered. I made the mistake of initially getting it with a firm mattress, but Josh was terrific and made the exchange to a soft mattress as easy and affordable as possible. Josh was a real pleasure to deal with. Many thanks!

Have purchased several mattress, pillows, sheets and adjustable bed frames from this location without any problems. However my wife went in to buy new king size bed sheets and got them home to find the threads coming out as there was a manufacturing defect. So she went back to the store to swap them out and the next set had the same problem. So they went through two more sets in the store this time and same problem. They said they couldn't give her a working product so she asked for her money back, seeing as it was defective. She was then told that there was no refunds because of a store policy (nice time to find that out, after the $400 sheets were purchased).She went home and spoke with someone from corporate who agreed to send her a check however no check ever came and they wouldn't answer her emails. She then notified the BBB and it was amazing how quickly a response was received. Sleep country then started playing games that the check was on its way but no check ever came. Several times now we have been promised a refund check for their defective sheets and each time when we call back to follow up we are given another excuse. I find it very disappointing to have been a very satisfied repeat customer who has purchased at least 5 mattresses plus accessories here to be jerked around like this with lie after lie being told by Sleep Country.AFTER THIS LAST EXPERIENCE I HAVE RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE I SPEAK WITH TO SHOP ELSEWHERE.Update: after several months we finally did receive refund check from corporate.

After looking online at various options we decided to go here and we are glad we did. Great service and knowledge. We chose a really good mattress and was delivered in a couple days. Also worth noting was the delivery service. They have a great team and tracking to see exactly when they will arrive!

Still waiting(over a month)on a refund for a 5000 mattress that was never shipped to me. Do not buy online from this company. My payment was processed the day I purchased the bed online and it was attempted to be charged 2 more times and still no mattress or refund to be seen. Customer service is totally non existent.Still waiting another 2 weeks no refund in sight.
