Great for alterations.Had the back pocket of my dress pants rip. Brought it to them to see what they could do and he told me that he'd have to stitch another piece of fabric to the back of the pocket and sew the original on top because of the severity of the rip. Came in about a week after and looked good as new at an affordable price.Have not tried cleaning here

Highly recommend All Cleaners for your dry cleaning needs! I’ve been a customer for many years and brought in everything from wool sweaters, to winter jackets, to wool jackets, silk pants, etc. And never had any issues here. All items come back perfectly cleaned and looking brand new every time! I had two sweaters once come back with an awkward fit but the owner took them back and fixed them at no extra charge. The owners are very kind and honest, they never take any items they know will have issues and will give you suggestions on how to take care of the pieces otherwise. I’ve also had my jeans taken in at the waist here and they fit so much better than before

If you’re looking for an honest tailor who will tell you whether or not your product will look good tailored or not go here. They are so genuine about their opinion because they do not want to ruin your product. I took My suit to get tailored and they were very honest. Best tailor in Richmond hill!

I brought in a pair of pants for them to alter and it turned out perfectly. The owner is kind and patient enough to do the proper measurements and discussed about the alteractions. This is now my go-to place for any kinds of alteractions.

I've been here several times for alterations and it's always been a very good experience. Dealing with Eric is always a pleasure and the work is done on time, sometimes earlier. I will continue referring friends and family here.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Clothes come out dirtier than they went in. The shirt below was dropped off with NO stains to begin with. When returned, I noticed 2 random stains on the button seam and cuff area.Been going to this place for 4 years out of convenience. Quality of the dry cleaning gets worse every time with noticable stains that do not get cleared during cleaning. Eric, the owner of the dry cleaner disregards client's inquiries; sent 5 WhatsApp messages regarding a missing pocket square and unthorough cleaning and just disregards the texts altogether despite reading the messages.Bad business and will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Will start with the good, they are super nice and are good for getting work shirts cleaned. Price is cheap and came back in better condition then other places I have been. DO NOT get expensive things cleaned here. I was told it was better to pay $80 to get my Mackage jacket cleaned because of the real leather portion and fur on the coat. It came back looking haggard and worse then when I gave it to them and the stain was still there.... leather part is ruined and had stuff stuck all over it... They said it was sent out. Again super nice people but....

They are not professional at their job!! I took my jeans and my top there and wanted to have the length trimmed a bit. Should be a very easy fix.However when I picked them up. The stitches came out to be crooked for my top...My jeans was trimmed way too short and there was no extra material left so I couldn’t even fixed it. My jeans were brand new and I paid over 200 dollars for it. Now it is completely ruined.Don’t take any of your expensive clothes there at all cost!

They handle your clothing with care. They really are experts when it comes to alterations! I needed a dress to be altered because it didn’t fit, and it looks even better then when I bought it originally. Very quick and efficient service. I’m truly happy with the service that they offer. :)

This review is regarding the business’s bridal cleaning service and their vendor Prestige Preservation.I bought my wedding dress in based on strong reviews regarding their services. What I got in return was a total mess. The business does not clean the wedding dress on site, they send it to their vendor Prestige Preservation and take a commission.I dropped my dress off and a week later got a call from the owner saying there are marks that cannot be cleaned. I requested pictures but that was delayed until they received the dress back from their vendor.When I came in to see the condition of the wedding dress I was in for a total shock.First there were pen marks on chest area which were not there when the dress was brought in, it may be owner or the vendor and of course they denied everything and tried to make up a story that they informed me of the marks when I dropped the dress off. The vendor commented if they were to try to clean it again the dress would break.Second the dress totally lost the shine and luster and feels like a different material from the original.Third there are streaks left on the several spots on the dress.After I showed my dissatisfaction the owner tried to pass me off to their vendor to deal with them directly but I refused to be given the run around. Then the owner offered to send the dress back to their vendor and try to fix it but by this point I totally lost faith and just wanted to have my dress back. In the end we agreed on a steep price cut for the cleaning service but my dress is ruined.I would stay away from this place especially their vendor if you value your once in a lifetime wedding dress as I’m still having nightmares as a result.
