TK Elevator Kelowna

Escalator in my business has been down for 4 weeks as of today, and I can't get an answer from anyone as to what is actually wrong and when I can expect to have it back operating. I called the number listed here, the receptionist sent me to the Parts manager in Toronto, who gave me 2 numbers of local contacts. I called the first number, it was answered and hung up immediately. I called back, it went straight to voicemail so I left one. Called the second number; also voice mail. A technician was called this morning as my elevator was down, took my colleague 3 different numbers to get service and the tech who showed, who is normally also working on the escalator, had no answer for us either.

These folks do our monthly inspections. I had planned 2 weeks prior for them to attend our apartments as we were getting a new fire panel and they needed to attend. After 2 phone calls they finally showed up but 2 hours late. Seemed pointless trying to arrange them in advance.

Can't say much about their business, but to the driver of the service vehicle 19400, purposely holding up highway traffic because you didn't like someone's manuver behind you, in a company vehicle looks pretty poor on the business you represent.
