King’s did a wonderful job for helping us to inspect the house that we are prepared to buy. During the inspection, Evan was very professional, he checked every detail about the house and explained it to us very patiently afterwards. Evan is also very quick on responding to our phone call the day after the inspection and gave us some really good practical advice about the property. Overall we feel very comfortable about his service, and will definitely recommend King’s to my friends.

This is our first venture into commercial real estate and right from the get go, Evan walked us through the building inspection process patiently every step of the way.He is very thorough and detail focused but most important of all he is honest and didn’t sugar coat any of his findings. Evan also recognized the time constraint we were in so he had our full report ready within 24 hours. Very happy with our realtor’s recommendation and would use Evan again for our future projects

As potential first time home buyers we didn't know what to expect. Evan was at the home before us and had already begun looking around outside while he was waiting! He not only didn't mind us following him around but encouraged it. He made sure that any specific concerns we had were addressed and he kept us part of the process. The report was far more professional that we expected. We will call on Evan again when the time comes. Evan did a great job inspecting a home we were looking to buy. He was thorough, explained everything in detail and took the time to break things down that were more complex. He arrived on time, was professional and we never felt rushed. He was honest in his observations and was 100% objective about what he was seeing. I also really appreciated that not only did he allow us to book on incredibly short notice, but he also sent us the report that same evening because he knew we needed it quickly. We will most definitely use King’s home inspection again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.
