They told me you won't pay until you are happy" and they did follow through with that promise. He was firm on ensuring that I was satisfied with end result. Nice enough guy on the phone. I made an appointment for them to come for an estimate on a large landscape project on a weekday morning. The person I was speaking with even sent a text to confirm the time the day before. He no showed. No call, no text, nothing. I sent him a text 5 hours after our proposed appointment time, he claimed he called me at 7 am and left a voicemail cancelling because they were short staffed that day.No phone call came thru.No voice mail was left.Just a simple no show.....

We are very happy with the work done. Shiva and his crew were great to deal with. Landscape solutions were quick to answer calls and even FaceTimed with me when I was picking out stones! They made sure we were happy with the work performed and followed the timeline discussed before beginning the work. We will use them again in the future for any work we decide to do.

They recently completed a project on our just purchased infill house. Daniel and Gillian were great to work with and their employees were also excellent. They did my mom's landscaping in Edmonton last year. It was turnkey and on time. Got a couple quotes and they were 2nd cheapest with the best value return. The design was practical and decent. Gill and Dan were pretty on the ball. Highly recommended.
