I have had crohn's for nearly 20 years, and Dr. Hundal and the team have had some of the best care I've received.

Spent more time waiting at my appointment than I did with the doctor. He was rushed and uninterested, gave no explanation, just in and out. I'm not a priority according to him and if thats the case then I still deserve to be treated with respect and receive quality time and explanations. When I tried to ask questions he opened the door and couldn't wait for me to leave. Do not recommend Dr Qian. The receptionist was pleasant.

Dr Boora was very professional but also personable.

Dr. Qiang saved my life having to do emergency surgery for an obstructed bowel. He is an excellent surgeon and has a pleasant bedside manner. All the nurses were excellent as well. Forever grateful.

I don’t care if the owners/managers of this clinic think I’m right or wrong. I actually don’t even care if they change their ways. The lack of professionalism all the receptionists show it’s mind boggling, the garbage service these people give would make you think twice if even want to receive help. They look at you as if you’re begging for free service or maybe they don’t get paid to this job or maybe that’s the problem, these “healthcare workers” go into these jobs for the payment and not for what they should be there. The least you can expect is to be treated with dignity and respect. Nobody here is asking to be treated like the king of England, just asking for the same respect they receive from us patients. If we ever need to come to this clinic again, we rather wait to be seen by a different doctor in a different clinic with human beings as a receptionists, rather wait for health complications than to step a foot into this clinic again.

Was diagnosed with a lower hernia and called this office 2 weeks ago. They said someone would call back within 24 hours here we are almost at 3 weeks and still not even a call back, what kind of place is it that is supposed to take on the ethics of do no harm dont even call back??

They yell at patients. Their behavior and service towards patients is horrible. I told my family doctor that I dont want to go see doctors there. They dont care about patients.

Dr. Hundal provided virtually no communication with Mom on the day of her endoscopic procedure. The procedure went poorly and she had to go to the hospital later that day for help! Mom called Dr. Hundal's office the following Monday morning to inquire why she was feeling so poorly. She never heard back from Dr. Hundal! His receptionist later relayed that, He was surprised Mom wasn't feeling well". Mom had to be rushed to Foothills Hospital 10 days later for emergency surgery! An absolutely horrible experience for our dear Mom! Very unhappy with this Dr.'s lack of concern or professionalism!"
