What was once a good and reputable travel agency has lost its credibility and I urge anyone wanting to book a trip through Cedar to reconsider.My family has been using Cedar for a very long time and we’ve always been loyal, however we will no longer be customers and I will ensure my entire family is aware of their lack of responsibility and lack of professionalism.My family recently had a terrible experience with them. Booking our flights, they would not listen to our requests (we wanted the infant to have her own seat, they kept booking her to be on the mom’s lap instead).Additionally, they booked the wrong flight for my brother in law who had to pay hundreds of dollars out of his own pocket for another ticket, and Cedar Travel both refuses to acknowledge their mistake (they booked a restricted flight for Umrah/Hajj goers) and refuse to refund us for the second ticket we had to buy.As a travel agency, you would think they know better to book people on the wrong flights however they clearly lack the knowledge in international booking.The unprofessional and disrespectful responses received, in addition to the money and time lost from having to book another flight from Cedar was enough for us to make sure we never book with them again, and I urge you all to do the same.
