We booked an appointment a week before going for a test drive the Mazda CX50Approx an hour before our appointment, the reps text us says the car we like to test drive has sold!That's very nice of him to TEXT us because we was on the way to test drive it.I guess this is 2023, we communicate through text and customer service is non existence.Bravo Signature Mazda on Burnaby!I have text from the sales reps if Signature Mazda want some proof.

Arash and his service team know how to deliver EXCEPTIONAL customer service. My only regret when it comes to my mazda 2 2013 is buying it from freeway mazda instead of this location. Corrine is always very friendly and courteous on the phone, super accommodating and very informative. 10/10 would reccomend to all family and friends. They have a lovely outdoor seating area for customers waiting for service. Such a nice personal touch. Unlike other dealerships I have visited which are full of sharky salesmen Signature Mazda is a cut above the rest. Thank you Arash and the entire team here in the Richmond Auto Mall!!!

My car buying experience here was extremely easy all around. I am very happy with my Mazda purchase. I worked with Marc and he was very attentive and went above and beyond to make sure all my requests and questions were addressed. I never felt pressure. I was anxious going in, due to past experiences going to dealerships alone. But, from my first test drive I was able to relax, be excited and have fun through the process. The information I was given on the pre-owned car was honest, I even had it double confirmed by a third party mechanic. The whole team was helpful and informative, I had a good experience with Aaron and Mike from the finance department as well the insurance broker.I will, without hesitation, recommend this dealership and Marc to anyone looking for a low stress purchase of a really great car!

My experience at Signature Mazda in Richmond was exceptional, Olivia and the Mazda team took care of me from head to toe. She was very organized and very knowledgeable and was able to breakdown the different options I have from leasing to financing. About four years ago, my wife and I decided to buy a 2019 CX-9 Signature from your dealership, a testament to our love for Mazda's quality vehicles. We'd visited your site a few times, but each visit was marred by a lack of welcoming staff. Instead of being greeted, we saw employees chatting amongst themselves, forcing us to request assistance from the front desk lady.We were then introduced to a salesperson, Cole (if I remember correctly), who unfortunately left much to be desired. He didn't guide us through the inventory or discuss the vehicle we were interested in; instead, he seemed overly eager to get us to sign the paperwork. He wanted our signatures before he even discussed potential perks or deals.Despite knowing which car we wanted - the decision wasn't hard, considering Mazda's reputation for great cars - the buying experience left a sour taste in our mouths. Even the lady in the financing department appeared taken aback by the sales department's approach.Before we signed, we requested to switch salespeople due to our growing frustration. In hindsight, we should have reconsidered the purchase. We didn't, mainly because we didn't want to spoil our anniversary plans.I'm giving this one-star review as a wake-up call, not because of Mazda's cars (which are truly great), but because of the dealership experience. Improving customer service and professionalism could vastly enhance the experience for future buyers. No one should have to endure what we did.
