Certain staff members and management were unbelievably rude and mouthy towards other employees in front of costumers, an employee I was speaking to about a small animal was then pushed aside by another employee and cut off while she started talking to me mid conversation while an employee was talking to me to begin with. I had a few questions about some fish issues and the “fish specialist” had no clue what I was asking about. I think some employees need more training if they are a “supervisor” in a certain area. Actually very disappointed in what I have experienced the last few visits. Think it will be petsmart from now on.

Went in for a fish filter and they had a great selection. Everyone I dealt with was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This will be my go to spot for all my pet needs

Went to get my dog Carl's nails trimmed. Wow 12$ awesome job....Toys are expensive. But I will keep going to get Carl's nails done.

This has to be one of the best pet stores ever. They have a great selection of food, toys and treats for your pets. The pricing is also Fair.The owner is simply awesome:) he is very knowledgeable and is always there to assist you with whatever you need. I would highly recommend Paulmac's for all your pets needs!

Nice place. Products are nice. Good selection. The fish were not in the best condition though. One Oscar had the worst case of ich I have ever seen. No note on the tank. So someone may have purchased ect if not seen by an experienced staff. Even to let customers know..that you know there is an issue with a simple note would be nice.

We get a lot of out pet supplies from Paulmac's Pets in Cobourg. Nearly everyone working there is super kind and helpful, I always leave with an armful of stuff - they always offer to help in one way or another.It has a good and steady stock of things we need (and often bonus things we don't need at all... but are cute.)

I started dealing with Paulmac’s a few months ago. The service is awesome and they are very knowledgeable regarding my needs for my cats and my dog. They also have a nail cutting service. I will continue to purchase from both Paulmac’s and Pet value.
