The Newmark

When I arrived here,Police were here 2 to 3 times daily.Within the first 3 years ,I circulated a petition.This has become a very controlled environment with abuse directed at me personally by counsel.I will never report anyone again.

Very nice building, you can really feel the atmosphere when you arrive. Places that allow pets always have a more homey feel, warm and inviting. Very clean. Seems like the people that live here really care about their community and neighbours. Kids welcome which is great cause it is very close to school across the street. The revitalized downtown core is a very short walk from your door step. All the new restaurants nearby a very nice and cultured. You can tell that the building and surrounding area are really improving the downtown experience. The apartments are very regal and good uses of space for the square footage you get. Very impressive overall environment.

The Newmark apartments are in a desired location close to all amenities. The buildings and grounds are clean and well kept. The apartment units are up to date and modern. Such a great place to live.

The Newmark is a fantastic community to live in. The location is within walking distance to the downtown core with restaurants and shopping. Super convenient, loads of parking, nice floorplans.
