Her positivity, prayers, and constant reminders to never give up hope were invaluable to me. Mary, thank you for being there every step of the way.The lab technicians, particularly Reem and Praxedes, deserve a special mention. They consistently demonstrated their thoughtfulness and preparedness, always having apple juice, band-aids, and ice at the ready without a hint of judgment. I can't stress enough how their attention to detail and dedication to making the process as quick and painless as possible made a tremendous difference (especially when you're being a total crybaby about it).Dr. Abrol, who performed my egg retrievals, deserves immense praise. Her friendly demeanor and ability to walk you through every aspect of the procedure helped alleviate my anxiety. What truly touched my heart was how she would rest her hand on my leg while talking to me, making me feel human and genuinely cared for. The nurses in the operating room, especially Amy and Cecil, were fantastic and played a crucial role in easing my nerves during the most nerve-racking part of the IVF cycle.The complexity and emotional toll of IVF make you realize just how many people are involved in your journey. It's both humbling and scary to acknowledge how much help and support you need. However, the staff at Trio Fertility go above and beyond to ensure that you feel cared for every step of the way. Their understanding and kindness are truly commendable.While the ultimate outcome of having a child is undoubtedly significant, what I've come to appreciate even more is the journey itself. Trio Fertility accompanied me on this rollercoaster of emotions, providing the expertise, empathy, and support that made all the difference. I am forever grateful to the entire team for their dedication and commitment to helping couples like us realize our dreams of starting a family.If you're embarking on the IVF journey, I wholeheartedly recommend Trio Fertility. Some of the nurses are ok to deal with, some seem to not understand what patience or empathy is. The biggest problem with this clinic is the wait time. You can have an 8am appointment, only to wait, sometimes hours because they have “fell behind”. The fact that this clinic ALWAYS falls behind, even after being open for 30 mins is unfathomable. They seem to care more about the patient output over the patient itself.

My partner and I can’t thank Dr. Greenberg, Albany and the entire Trio team enough. With Dr. Greenberg’s guidance & support, we officially have graduated from the clinic. After switching from another clinic in Toronto, Trio was clearly the right choice for us to start our IVF journey. Thank you again for helping us achieve our goals to starting our family.

I visited this clinic today for the first time, for a procedure and the nurses were so amazing. Janet who prepped me was a sweetheart and Cecilia who was by my side in the room, was probably the best nurse I've ever had. Dr williams as always, is an amazing doctor who always helps answer your questions and has a calm and kind demenor!Thank youKushalini

It is said that it takes a village to raise a child. I feel privileged to be a patient of Trio. The team was wonderful in caring for me and assisting me in my dream of motherhood. So grateful for this village.This review follows a successful pregnancy and birth of my rainbow baby. It’s easy to write something positive when you have a favourable outcome, but I must share, in our many years together there wasn’t always positive news to share.From the start, from my very first consult with Dr. Abrol, I knew she was right for me as I pursued the journey to motherhood, my lifelong dream. She always had my best interest in mind.I felt like I was being treated/assisted by my bestie. I look back and laugh at our first interaction when it was initially going to be me and a boyfriend… but that derailed and I then pursued single motherhood by choice. Her openness and acceptance was just what I needed as I was feeling nervous and scared. Dr. Abrol’s emotional intelligence was spot on. She always had a sense of how I was feeling and responded accordingly, and by that I mean in a loving and caring way.The journey was long but I remember her words, “ be patient”. Patience isn’t something I have and I learned to be patient which now in motherhood, is highly needed. With each interaction, it was evident, that she is an expert. She explained the process and protocols chosen for me in this journey. It was so well explained that I felt this immense weight off my shoulders… this is what trust feels like. I trusted her in my care so much so that I opted not to do my own down the rabbit hole online research. It wasn’t necessary, I had my own expert in reproductive health leading me to my dream yet I felt that I too was at the helm.Dr. Abrol and all of Trio’s staff were open to what I thought was a unique situation, 40 and pursuing motherhood as a single heterosexual woman. Yes, it was unique in my circle, but not to them. I was introduced to a plethora of resources for someone like me. As a result, I joined single mother groups that today still play an important role in solo parenting.Moreover, Dr. Abrol’s expertise lead me to see Amira, a psychotherapist, who helped me delve into what things were going to be like and how I can better advocate for myself in trying to conceive and in motherhood. I am so grateful for all that was available to me to ensure optimal care; my mental health was always at the forefront.There is so much more to share, but, what I really want to convey is that Dr. Abrol is an incredible health care practitioner who is highly skilled and cares immensely about her patients. I was fortunate to be treated by her and think all her patients are. If you are looking for a reproductive endocrinologist who is knowledgeable, honest, loving and caring… go see her as you too pursue your dream of parenthood. I will certainly be seeking her care again soon.

Downtown location wait time for nurses is way too long. Its usually at least 1.5 to 2.5 hours after you complete BW and US. An 8am appt you should be done before 10am but times i wasnt able to leave until 12pm??????? Not sure what is the delay, we should respect people's time especially when there is little to no traffic. There is no urgency is moving people through. I see maybe one or two nurses pushing ppl through but they are divided by doctors. When you hunt them down they try their best to help. For the amount ppl are paying, being understaffed or busy is unacceptable to chat with the nurse for 5 mins to pick up meds. Wait time, efficiency and ease is part of the service for not causing additional stress.

Thank you Dr. Sierra and Trio team for all of your support & helping my husband and I create our perfect family. I received cycle monitoring and treatment from the Trio team and as per Dr. Sierra’s initial assessment, we were successful in conceiving our beautiful healthy baby boy within 6 months from start to finish. Although we waited several months for our appointment with Dr. Sierra, it was absolutely worth the wait. Prior to our journey at Trio, we had spent 3 years on our own trying to successfully conceive and had experienced several miscarriages. We were truly tired and unsure whether we would ever be able to successfully stay pregnant. Thank you again Trio for the thorough assessments, for educating us on the process of conception, for finding the right medications and for supporting us compassionately in trying the least invasive methods all while encouraging us to be hopeful.

I will give 5 star for Dr Chang.But her assistant Ming was not that much cooperative.Trio downtown location’s nurses have nice behaviour.
