I have had a recent encounter with the staff being disrespectful and just completely ignoring me at the ordering window. I got off work late today and decided i would walk to mcdonalds after hours, 1 am, so i called the store in advance and asked if this was okay and was told absolutely. I walked to the store, waited at the locked door with no answer after knocking, went to the order window with the app in hand with my order number up waiting for someone and no one walked over, so i went to the pickup window and the larger set short woman that was very slowly and haphazardly stocking some mcdonalds delivery bags just stink eyed me and ignored me the entire time. I knocked on the window and asked for service politely and was just ignored. i just gave up and walked home defeated... It was also windy and 4c outside. Thank you large lady for making my chilly walk a little worse.Yes i made sure i called the correct store.I waited about 5 minutes after the employee noticed me and knocked again after and just was ignored. 5 minutes later i walked.

Ordered a mcwrap on my way out of town and they gave me the wrong one I don't live there so now can't get the right one or my money back they really need to pay attention all the employees were doing was talking with each other. Never going there again.

Whoever was working May 17th at 12:20am should be fired. McChicken was a mess, sauce was mostly on the packaging. McFlurry only had 1/4 of the Oreos it should have (just on the surface). You should have to pay for my order it sucked so much.Breakfast time I've never had a problem.

There is the most pleasant older lady that takes your order and lights up my day. But every time I go to this location no matter my order like 1 coffee or 3 meals they make me pull up even when there is no one behind you. It's annoying as hell and when u say no its stupid they tell u it's policy. Very annoying and unnecessary.

I ordered hot coffee & came totally cold (3 star for this).one of the managers is too rude. even the staff members are hating him. not behaving well with customers. worst behavior with delivery drivers. I haven't seen a rude manager (doesn't look like that at all) like this.(1 star for this manager, would go less than this )

Was very clean great customer serviceFood did not take long to make at all they came. Out with a new drink manger brought it to us and asked if we wanted to try it the new look is amazing

Very clean and the staff is really nice.The young man on the counter Oct 15 around 11:40A.M. was the best. He ensured we got our order when he noticed it was taking longer than usual and he got me 4 small cups of hot water so I could self fill my thermos (thanks Covid - trying to be eco and make us waste on cups...)Food was delicious though when did all day breakfast end... hashbrowns aren't on the menu after 11A.M. - that is sad.

Went through drive through first in line, two vehicles behind us in opposite lane served before us, given change short a dollar and had to wait for it to rectify, waited for order of fry and burger, then didn't receive our drink.But the burger and fries were hot!Woot Woot
