Had the important piece of a cam lever coupling that I needed to be able to hook up my water to my new trees. Very informative and helpful staff.

Lapse in professionalism:I called in about parts that needed to be ordered in for my Makita belt sander that I had been waiting on for a month.Someone inadvertently hung up on me while the lady was checking. I call back in and confirm the parts are in, then I step out of my truck and into the store.While waiting at the counter one clerk starts whining about the inconvenience of my call because he leaves messages for clients who do not pick up their parts for weeks .(I'm not one of those clients, his message was left at 10:23AM that very day, and double checking has served me well when dealing with other businesses around town.)If you want to be flippant, or need to blow off steam do it in the back and not at the front counter in front of customers.I'd give the individual interaction a 2 star rating for tactlessness, but Allied's overall reputation in the community has been good so +1.
