Cell Rox is an incredible store. It is well stocked with different types of cell phones and accessories. Ali is an expert in cell phone repairs. Recently, the screen protector of my iPhone12 cracked. I took my iPhone to Ali and he very efficiently removed the cracked screen protector and installed a brand new screen protector on my iPhone12. Pricing is very reasonable. Also, I found Ali to be very courteous in my conversation with him. Highly recommended.

Went in because my phone screen had gone black. They had repaired it a few weeks before, and the man was kind enough to fix the screen again as well as the motherboard for free even though I wasn’t the nicest off the bat. We go there for all repairs, as well as for cases, screen protectors and we’ve even bought an iPad there before. Always great customer service and prices can’t be beat in town. Thanks again!

Ali was a really helpful assistant he was really careful in the way of explaining things and he really made the process of buying a phone really easy for me.

Terrible store, asked the owner if the airpods were in working condition and real, he says yes, they end up not working. The owner is a liar and the store should get closed down. Wouldnt even let me get a refund. its a scam store dont recommend at all. would rather go to dollarama and get headphones.

Have been here several times they have a great customer service. Ali the guy working there is super polite and give you the best of best solutions. They cover everything including repairs. This is the cheapest place in case of repairing and buying a new phone Ali made a great deal with me for iPhone 13 Pro Max

I purchased an iPhone 11 from this location and before I bought it the staff member told me the phones were 90+ battery capacity but when I went home I was disappointed to see that the phone is only 85 battery capacity. Staff member lied about the product and this is very disappointing.

Experience here was pretty good, I had the entire back of my iPhone 12 Pro fixed. Pretty flawless, repair took 3 hours.Offered a great price, 4x cheaper than what apples charges.

I don't usually write reviews, but the team at cell rox deserve recognition. I've been a customer here for years, and there's a reason I always come back. My most recent trip was phenomenal, I first went in with my cell phone that I wanted to trade in as I was unhaply with it's performance and the gentleman was very helpful and attentive. About a month and a half later I realized the phone I had gotten had some minor issues, but I was beyond their return policy, and I feared I would be stuck. To my surprise the gentleman said to being in the device and trade it in. I went over the next day and I explained the situation to the young man, and he helped get me set up on a new device. His name is Barak, he was informative, professional and friendly. He supported my decision making as well. He went out of his way to ensure I would walk away happy. I wish I knew the others names, they all deserve recognition for the service they provide. As always I'll be returning there going forward, they've earned my business and I hope you too will become a regular here. Couldn't have enough nice things to say.

!!!BE AWARE SCAM WARNING!!! Took my phone in for a repair. Received the phone back disabled. They are not taking responsibility for the damages and denied that the damages where possible. I would not recommend anyone to come to this SKETCHY Business !!! Because you will be SCAMED out of your money!!! Going to be reported to the Better Business Bureau.
