I order double double coffee every time, it’s too sweet sometimes & sometimes there is 0 sugar.Customer service is Good.

Miss a number of items on countless orders, not prompt, feel like there is a bunch of newbies running the entire store, debit machine broken almost half the time, the ice cap machine is broken the other half of the time durning summer months.Terrible location, won’t be there again

This place is quite dirty. I have not observed staff coming to clean tables or empty garbages even after being there for long periods of time. One time there was no customers at the cointer, nor in drive through and there was no staff to be found anywhere even though there was garbage overflowing out of the recepticals and sticky tables in the dining room. This place needs some help. Whoever the owner is should probably start to care.

Ordered a Cafe latte, tried four times first of all to get it right, then when I did get it, it was not made properly. Called the store to let them know my coffee was not made correctly, they insisted they made it properly then hung up on me. I've had many café lattes and my oat milk was not steamed. So take your chances with this Tim's but I will stick to Starbucks! From now on

Whatever you do don’t try to order a breakfast sandwich without using Tim hortons EXACT branding naming. Tried ordering a sausage cheese biscuit pictured at the drive Thur, they swore it didn’t exist. Had to say it 5 times at the speaker and 4 times at the window because I’d forgotten the correct name. Then they charged me 4.50 and swore they had no $3 sandwiches. Good grief. What an ordeal to get a sandwhich shown on a big poster when pulling into the drive thru.

This Tim Hortons is a frequent stop for me. I discovered that poor managers are worse than they were a year ago. Lovepreet, the new manager, was frequently observed yelling at their employee. Even though it was early in the morning, I wanted to place an order, and she was at the cashier, but she called for an employee rather than taking my order.

The cafe is cozy, relatively clean, the staff is friendly and polite. Pleasant interior, neatly decorated showcases. Convenient location, prompt service.

Lacking customer service and smile . My work is very near to this place so I use to pick coffee from here! But now I stopped. Because my bagel /egg and cheese and coffee was always burnt. Waste of money. So I started going to McDonald’s right next to them.
