Kelowna E-Kruise

Eyewateringly expensive! Renting an ebike cost a whopping $75 for four hours. You have to decide how long you want it in advance, and if you return it early, as we did, they refuse to refund you the unused time. What a money grab. Just use one of the Lime ebike instead.The staff member was rude and impatient with us due to the store being busy.The bike kept turning off randomly, making it difficult to use, and even somewhat dangerous.

I rented 4 bikes from Ashton @ Kelowna E-kruise for the weekend with some friends of ours. We took the bikes wine touring and couldn’t believe how long the batteries lasted and loved the storage packs on the sides. Having the bikes literally made our entire weekend. Their Kelowna store also has some cool clothes and gear. Would highly recommend to anyone !

We rented 3 E-Bikes from Kelowna E-Kruise in June 2022. The experience was excellent all around! We were able to cover a lot of ground and stop at many scenic spots all around West Kelowna where we were staying. When they dropped the bikes off we got an easy to follow explanation of everything we needed to know. Our group had people with all different levels of physical fitness and we all had a blast. The customer service was excellent. They were on time for pick up and delivery, knowledgeable about the area and the best places to go, and patient when it came to answering our questions and arranging the booking. We would absolutely recommend everyone try this out!

I’ve done over 100 reviews this year and if I could give a 6th star to anyone - it would be to this impressive locally owned business.I was in the market for an e-bike so I called Kelowna E-Kruise and spoke to the nicest, chap (Noah) who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Not only did he politely answer my endless stream of questions but I was really taken by how highly he spoke of the owners Georgia and Ashton.When I came into the shop days later and met Georgia and Ashton in person I quickly concurred with their employees assessment - these are some of the best people you’d ever want to do business with.Not only are they extremely knowledgeable and polite, but watching them interact with other customers in the store sealed the deal for me right there.As I was taking a bike out for a test drive, one of their employees (Zane) insisted that the handlebar positioning be exactly to my liking and despite it being very close to closing time, made several adjustments to give me the optimum setting - which I really appreciated.Georgia, Ashton and their top notch crew have earned my business through their actions and professionalism and I will be singing their praises as criss-cross Kelowna daily with my new T-1000 e-bike.

Loved our experience with EKruise! We rented two bikes and then the tow for our daughter. The owners were super friendly and helpful getting us all set up. We loved the bikes and experience! We grabbed charcuterie from the selection of local products on impulse and man am I glad we did. It was so good! All round a 5 star ++ experience.

The BEST way to tour the vineyards! Even have a carry case for a few bottles to bring home. Super fun experience - highly recommend!

Wonderfully pleasant employees! The man opening the store got me signed up and set to go in no time at all. Despite the fact I was accidentally early. That bike was a great thing to explore knox mountain park and I had an awesome time. Thanks again for the chill and friendly service. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the city.

Good quality bikes. Mostly comfortable although the saddles could be upgraded to make them more comfortable for longer rides. Service was friendly.
