Guildford Passport Photo

Very friendly and polite staff. We got there to take a passport picture of our 3,5 months baby. They did a great job, the pictures were ready in 30 minutes. They also put a stamp on the back of the photo with date, address and guarantor’s line (he/she will only need to put a person’s name and sign it). 2 pictures cost us 20 $

I used to frequent this location years ago when they had lovely owners. The ownership had changed hands in recent years and I do not recommend using this business any longer.My elderly father who speaks English as a second language had gotten a Canada Post money order earlier this month to give to his brother in Winnipeg. Today, my uncle told me that Canada Post couldn't cash it as the serial number and security code do not match. I called Canada Post who suggested we go to the location we purchased it from so that they could initiate an investigation or refund. Unfortunately I was working so I wrote down all the important details down on a piece of paper (including that it was a CANADA POST money order with serial number and security code). My dad came back saying we had to call Money Gram and the information to call them was written on the paper.I called Money Gram and was told they do not handle money orders within Canada, and that we should go into a postal outlet if it was a Canada Post order. I decided to call the postal outlet directly and the male who answered the phone said that it was him helping my dad. He said that because my dad said money gram"

Bad google I didn't go to passport photo...maybe Canada Post is what you mean....if so...no complaints....staff actually verified my Identity via digital ADOBE ACROBAT PDF file version of my Tax return.... I didn't ever use that method before and I was wowed. Thanks.

Dishonest business! Avoid if possible.my frd took photo there and lost it, emailed them to get reprint which they replied saying $10+ tax.When I went there to do reprint for my frd, the guy told me $16+tax lol

I went here for US tourist visa photo and the service was great. It was quick and the staff are all nice.

Way too expensive, if you need to get your photos, go somewhere else. You can get the photos taken in half the price. They charged 22 Cad for two photos and an email. I found so many other places who would do the dame for 10 CAD.

The staff is really nice, I got a photo from them but unfortunately the portal did not accept it for some reason. The guy said try with lighter colors clothes and called me in again. Took all the time and fixed up the error. Got additional photo as well for no extra cost. I do recommend this place to everyone.

They are good and knowledgable in taking passport and governmental photos. Professional attitude and fast service. However, their price is a bit high. Also didn’t answer calls.Update: Jan 15, 2022, went there to take pictures, seems the owner has changed, the new photographer is not as accurate as the previous one so just make sure you check your pictures before they print it. Price is now same as other places and ready in 15-20 mins.
