BrightPath Wolfedale

Our son is happy to go to daycare everyday! We initially chose this centre because they offered part time and it was close to work - we only saw the inside of the centre for the first time a couple of months back (more than a year after we started here). We have found everyone at the centre professional, pleasant, and caring even during the chaos of the last couple of years. I have no hesitation in recommending this centre to entrust your little ones to.

We chose BrightPath Wolfedale because of the recommendation from other mums but also after our virtual show around from Qiandre (centre director). She really put my mind at ease and explained how they work together in partnership with parents. This really is a home away from home and my daughter was given all the support and love that she would get from us - she constantly gave her teachers hugs and kisses as she left for the day.The programme here is great, I felt every week she would come home knowing something new. My daughter loved playing outside and would often show off her new yoga moves. There are daily updates and photos through the communication app which we could download and keep if we wanted.I would highly recommend this daycare.

BrightPath Wolfedale was truly a second home for our daughter, who went through infant and toddler programs at the location. All the educators we have met are very warm, welcoming people who have done everything they could to keep our child happy and properply taken care of. Qiandre and Joanna, the management team, are amazing too, always available to put our minds at ease :) We will miss you BrightPath Wolfedale!

The teachers here are just amazing. They are warm and welcoming everyday which always brings a smile on my child's face. My son loves being here. He always enjoys his day and learns many new things everyday. I know my son is well cared for at the school.

I was forced to rate 1, cause there was no option for zero. At first I was very happy with the centre when I went in for a tour and ended up paying hefty 250$ to get a confirm spot for March 2023. Fast forward to February 2023- i called a couple of times to push my son’s start date, no response and so I left VM. Till date I have not had any response. In fact my son was supposed to start in March and the centre hasn’t gotten in touch with me as to why my son is not there in the centre. Plus I get these surveys as to how was the firstMonth- so obviously that shows that their system has my son registered for March. I filled out the survey and commented on my dissatisfaction for the centre and so the area director called me to follow up. I explained her the whole thing a few weeks back- I was promised she will talk to the centre director and get back to me. I tried contacting the area director again via phone, email and still no response.IM SO GLAD MY SON IS NOT AT THIS CENTRE. Such a horrible customer service and carefree behaviour at their end. And here they are still sitting with my 250$ registration fee.I’m not here to defame anyone or the lovely teachers working their. But the terrible management and I’m only looking to get my 250$ back with the trouble I have gone thru with them. Its alot of money to throw away to a centre who that is reckless.

BrightPath Wolfdale Daycare is where 2 of my kids attended in 2016 and 2022, I like everything about this daycare and so my kids, they learned a lot of things fast and easy which at home were difficult for me to teach, the staff are amazing, understanding and willing to help at any point you might think. I felt my kids were at a safe lovable environment.I wish for all of them a good luck and a happy new year!

The staff at BrightPath Wolfedale are absolutely wonderful! When my daughter first started at the centre, I had expectations that she was going to cry for a few weeks straight since she was nearly 2 years old and only cared for at home up until that point. Must've been only the 2nd or 3rd day in - no tears. A miracle! This could only be due to the kind and caring teachers that made her feel welcome and safe the minute she entered the classroom. I could feel each staff member's warmth from day one, which is such reassurance for any parent leaving their children in someone else's care. Johanka in the toddler room is beyond lovely and my daughter looks forward to seeing her and the other teachers every day. The director Qiandre is always on hand to answer any questions, and shows how much she truly cares about the kids and their families in the centre. Besides the excellent staff, the food on offer is amazing and the curriculum is on point. My daughter seems to be learning something new every day! Love the classroom app too - getting updates and a few pictures from the day is such a special touch. We feel very lucky to have found this gem of a place!

My daughter had an amazing experienced at Brightpath Wolfedale. She learned a lot and she’s always excited see her teachers. She really loves her 3 teacher. Thank you for taking care of my daughter. I will probably recommend this location to my friends.

My son has been going to brightpath wolfedale since April. He's always excited to go to here that even on weekends he wanted to go. The teacher's and everyone there are great and caring. My son is always talking about how his teacher's and classmates play with him. He comes home singing a new song everytime :).I also love the updates from the app specially the pictures.Thank you Brightpath.

Brightpath wolfdale is one of the best preschools I could recommend to any family. Their entire staff is professional and extremely friendly. My daughter is now 18 months and has been there since she’s been 13 months and I am extremely happy and she looks forward to attending school everyday!!
