York Center Dental Clinic

My wife and I recently went to this dental office to give it a try since it was recommended by a referral. Office setup was good but the fee charge to each of us was very unacceptable. I have never had any dentist charge us 4 units for cleaning our teeth. Usually the charge per unit would be about 15 minute a unit but the hygenist did not spend one hour on each of us. This is called highway robbery just because our company policy covers 100 percent. What is worst is the hygienist did not even provide a cup of rinse water to my wife after the cleaning session. Very unprofessional and no etiquette. We will not be going there again.

Both the staff and environment are wonderful. I had a TMJ problem and every other dental clinic I went to ignored the problem. The amazing team at York Center Dental Clinic were so nice and helpful. They fixed the problem for me! Wonderful people and amazing clinic. I would highly recommend.

I had an emergency root canal and was able to see them the next day that I called. The root canal was painless and both the dental hygienist and dentist was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this dental clinic.

Been a patient here for more than 7 years, great service, very professional, great attitude, and caring. Have my bi-annual check up and always try to know their patients, also had some fillings done, and pulled my wisdom tooth out. All was done professionally, and they do it very carefully to minimize pain. Very advanced system in handling insurance so if you set up everything they'll handle the claims on your behalf. By far the best dental place I've been - they even provide gift" for dental hygiene and teach you how to protect your teeth

Worst experience with this dental place. I went there for the cavity and the doctor’s attitude is like blame you for everything and it seems he doesn’t have a good mood with work. If u want to experience the worst service there, please go!

I'm an existing patient of this dental office since it begins. The reason for having me as a long term patient in this clinic is their professional dental works, reasonable charges, and last but not least, their patience to address all my dental concerns. I love how they carefully maintain my general oral health every single visit. Definitely my only place for every dental visit.

This is my only go to dental office since 2015. The hygienist have taken good care of my extremely sensitive teeth. I always get too nervous when it comes to dental cleaning, they did awesome jobs on making me feeling comfortable; such as playing Tom and Jerry" to distract me from nervousness. Also the entire cleaning visit was smooth and painless."

I never liked the dentist but today I like this dental office ! Hygienists are very through and explain what they are doing every step. The lady dentist is always very quick and efficient and does her job with little to no pain. I also like the way she shapes my fillings to fit perfectly. Everyone is also very nice.

York Center Dental Clinic has been the go-to place for myself and my family when it comes to dental care. We have visited there for more than a dozen times since they opened their first location in Richmond Hill. Prior to that, I had never been to the same dental clinic more than twice as I didn't like the feeling of being treated like I was just another quick lifeless transaction instead of a real person who needed dental care. In contrast, a relationship has been built over time along my visits to this clinic. I was given a clear diagnosis of my oral health from the get-go. I am able to make informed decisions on what needs done and how now or later for my dental issues based on my budgets each and every time. Every time I walk into the clinic, the place feels fresh, the atmosphere is awesome overall and I can definitely appreciate to notice some sort of updates and/or upgrades on their already state of the art equipment here and there. The standards of care I have received are consistently within my expectations. I always feel comfortable and relaxed during the sessions. Pricing was fair and clear before and after I got insurance. Lucky me, not once have I left this clinic with unsatisfaction. Communication is the key. I don't know where else I can get the same level of service with the same price tag. All in all, I will not hesitate to recommend this clinic to anyone who wants their teeth to be taken good care of.

Doctors are very professional and so kind with my family. The dental hygienist did a great job with cleaning tooth and oral hygiene instruction. I was so happy with the treatment I received. Highly recommend.
