They explained to us the rates, the cars, the engines the best cars for fuel economy and all the techs the cars have. The benefits between lease vs finance. The warranties, the current great deals they have best bang for the buck. We got warranty for pretty much everything from tires to transmission to engine , transmission and bumper to bumper. This has got to be one of the largest car dealerships in the lower mainland. Their lot is immense stretching for a long SW. Marine Dr. Their show room is roomy and there are helpful sales people throughout. I bought my GMC Denali Yukon here a couple years ago and continue to get it serviced here. While the sales department was excellent and treated me very fairly, I find that ongoing service with the service consultants and technicians to be very good as well. One of the things I value the most with regards to the service appointments is there close communication with you for the girls to updates and how the process is going. It really makes planning your day that much easier. Overall an excellent location to shop for your next car or a truck, and for service of the same.

I had the worst customer service ever in my life. The office manager was really rude with me and I can say rudest guys in the world i saw I will definitely not recommend this company for anyone people who works in their office. They are really not professional and they shouldn’t be there and not waste your time on your money in this place.

Quiet location when we went in for our appointment. The salesperson wasn't that chatty, but was fine with showing us a few vehicles so that we could narrow down our choices while we start our search for a new vehicle. He didn't have much to say in the way of suggestions or advice, but he was cordial and didn't pressure us in any way.

All I have to say this place and staff work their excellent and the prices very affordable.They are genuine people always offer you better price which no other store can offer because I have been buying parts from Gold key but no moreThank you...My hats off

Warning Warning Warningthis place all about scam, be careful to trust this place all of the people in the office. They are lying to customers and they will rob you and they will try to cheat you in many different way just to take the money out of your pocket so be careful to trust this guy’s I will never ever come back to this place.

Sales was pretty good, Financing was great. Their service dept seems all over the place. Didn't listen to my concerns and spent far too long chasing symptoms rather than looking at the actual problem which I brought up initially. GM Canada refused repairs under a special coverage warranty which they said was already done but had no records of it being done. The only saving grace was the new Service manager Bill, he did all he could for me after GM refused warranty. Hopefully he can clean up things a bit in the service dept and make it run more smoothly.

This place is really nice and has lots of inventory to choose from. Edgars was very helpful, he has good knowledge of wide variety of cars and can tell you all the pros and cons for car of your interest. Edgars shows high level of customer services, is very friendly and used his expierence to help me find the best car for my needs and budget
