If I could put 0 I would horrible horrible horrible customer service very rude! I drove 4 hours to see a vehicle that was promised to me and when I was 15minutes away they told me the car was sold! Instead of apologizing they gave me a big oh well! Save yourself the trip and don't bother horrible rude people and disgusting attitude!

While I didn't end up buying from Selection Auto (found another car in the color I wanted) - I still feel obligated to write a review. They were very kind and accommodating and answered all my questions. The person I was dealing with was very friendly and let me test drive a couple of his cars without hesitation. I was not pressured into buying the vehicle and there were no nonstop follow up calls (something that annoyed me about most of the other dealerships I dealt with). Thanks so much guys!

I waited more than one year to say this because in the past there were many excuses from two sales people at Selct Auto Direct like he's away for vacation or he's busy and I'll have him call you back or I'm sorry I don't speak English good when I know that he knows enough to understand the problem I've been having with the vehicle I purchased at this location. From showing my wife and I his plaques and achievements to reassuring us of the checks that are done to the vehicle and so on...I'm not a person to seek revenge but I want my little voice to be seen by people who visit this place and know what they may be dealing with.At the test drive there was vibration and became more apparent when the road was clear of snow. I contacted the head salesman and he had me go to one of the garages they deal with. And so I did. And that garage had the tires balanced and even said the roads are bumpy so it's hard to notice and it's probably nothing

I don' t really know where to start. I bought a luxury car 6 months ago but never had time to leave my special comments. Its been my third purchase at Selection auto direct and i have to say i am very happy with the service and after sale service as well.i hear people talking about Arthur and Joel, i personally don't know them very well but i know they are great person. I personally know Mounir (Maurice). He was the one helping me since with my first car back then in 2008 and since i always go and see him. Overall they are all great. So far i had a great experience. They help you with any kind of situation you are in. Either building your credit, having bad credit or anything else.Over the years they have upgraded their selection of car which is amazing. I started with a regular Nissan altima and now i ve been able to get my dream car which is an Audi Q5. I recently had a small problem of some light indicator of the dashboard so i freak out and call him and he quickly help me calling the warranty people and everything was taking care of.The important thing is if you get a very good after sale service than you could say you made a good choice. All i can say is i totally recommend this place. Thank you Selection auto Direct.
