Horrible customer service, parents be ware of shopping here. My daughter got a gift and they had the receipt in the system but because I didn’t have a paper copy they won’t do an exchange even though the garment had all the tags on and never been worn. So many other great store to shop for high end quality children's clothing that have more selection, that are more flexible and have better customer service and stores polices.

I went to shop for a gift for a newborn. The saleswoman was playing on her tablet. I asked her if the store has anything for newborn; she waved a section to her right. Looking through the section, everything was for toddlers (~3 to 4 years)!

Very cute store, all European brands of children's clothing, organic cotton, and my favorite Maileg toys, which are very rare in Vancouver, surprise.

Very nice and helpful staff. Gorgeous products. Only complaint is not enough stock or sizes. Once an item is sold - that’s it- they get no more back in. So mustn’t hesitate if thinking to buy

Went in due to wait at jam cafe with my child. She was playing abit with some toys and the sales came over and ask us to leave. Very rude experience. Would never want to buy anything from this store!

I have such good experience in this store. Clothes are so beautiful and with excellent quality. Sellers are friendly and with good patience with questions. I will come here again!
