Bought a full bag of carrots 2 days ago, kept in my cold storage and today they are white and slimy. Tried to call store to see their return or exchange policy but took me to an 866 number with NO ANSWER. Can not get ahold of anyone. Extremely frustrated.

I was very hurt with our treatment at the store by staff but am very pleased to say that Adam, the owner, reached out to me by phone immediately and wanted to make it right and acknowledged it wasn't right on how we were dealt with and the way we were treated is not what he wants or values. This definitely shows he truly cares about his customers.

The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. My only complaint was there was no fresh fruit or vegetables. Some frozen foods were also lacking. I know it's not their fault due to the shortage.
