It is just OK. The food is not bad, but nothing special either. I have somewhat elevated standards for Asian food so I'm not likely to be back.Some positive things - the dining room is simple but good enough, they have free parking next to the restaurant, the service is quite quick.

A great spot on Gerrard. Pho soup is fragrant and flavourful. I highly recommend spending the extra 0.50 and getting fresh noodles. Totally worth it.

I want to preface this that I always tip 15% as a baseline and often more depending on how I think the service is. My wife and I used to come here fairly regularly; however, one time my wife noticed our bill seemed higher than it ought to be. I was already about to top another 15% tip on top when she stopped me and asked the staff for the receipt. Lo and behold -there was an additional line item of +10% on the receipt. When we inquired, the waitress told us that this was the included tip and this their new policy going forward.Afterward, my wife and I had an argument on whether that was really the tip, or they wanted to sneak in an additional 10% charge on unsuspecting customers. I vehemently defended this restaurant, saying that the staff must have forgotten to inform us because they were busy. I reasoned that, if their costs were going up, surely they could just be upfront about it and increase the prices on the menu.A month goes by and we visit again, but this time we find no such 10% charge! I asked the waitress about their 10% included tip policy and she said there was never such a policy. Now the truth has come out, and my wife was right!If you dine here, check your receipt carefully because who knows what they feel like charging on that day. I, for one, will not be returning because I just can’t trust them anymore. If they feel it’s okay to lie on the bill, then what else are they okay doing?

Went here on a rainy Saturday afternoon. It was great and warm. I ordered the large soup with meatballs and chicken. I got some to go because I couldn't finish it! Perfect meal for a cold day!

The food was delicious and the service was great! We got their assorted appetizers, their beef and chicken was very juicy and the seasoning was perfect. Their pho was also delicious, we got their house special, a lot of food even for their regular size. Highly recommend this restaurant, the best pho place we have tried so far in Toronto.

Came back after the plaza they were in finished renovations and overall had a good experience.Ordered their house special which was delicious and the broth was very “clean”. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable.However, when we arrived, the empty tables were not cleaned yet and we had to wait for the staff to clean them before being seated. This detracted from the overall dining experience and made us feel like the restaurant wasn't fully prepared for the lunch rush, it may also have just been a staffing issue.Despite the wait for a clean table, the service was friendly and attentive. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and offered great recommendations. The atmosphere was simple and unassuming, with a focus on the experience of being able to a hot bowl of pho on a cold day.While the wait for a clean table was a minor inconvenience, the delicious food and friendly service made up for it. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great bowl of pho in the area.

4.5 stars. Good food, good portion with lots of protein. open late, good service. Would recommend. Only downside is they don’t split bills.

This place was so good! Came in for dinner after playing vball at woodbine - prices are good for the portion that you get, I got the rice dish with beef, egg it was flavourful and really fresh! Service is attentive!Experience it if you’re curious - but this hits the spot!
