I spend at that location lots of money each time is over $100 but today my shopping experience was terrible the store supervisor (wouldn’t tell me her name)yelled at me saying that my granddaughter was wearing the shoes we were going to buy at the store therefore they are not returnable because she made them dirty wearing them in the store while trying them on to make sure they fit. When I asked for the store manager name and number she handed me a business card saying “you can talk to her during her work hours “but she would not tell me when the manager will work or her name (top secret) I find It amazing such a person so angry working at the children store I like the clothes but Coquitlam Centre Oshkosh lost me as their loyal customer.

Always good sales if you keep your eye out. Good return policy.

To Carter's customer service team - I wrote a detailed email to you with all the details and I look forward to talking further on phone or via email. To the lady at the store (looked to be the senior of the two staff members) at about 7:45 pm on Nov 26, 2022, Saturday - which part of our visit or us didn't you like to bestow the rudest and the worst possible retail experience on us? I came with my toddler daughter to buy Christmas dresses, which I did, and the coldness with which you handled our checkout process prompted me to come back immediately to return the clothes, and your rudeness persisted. I understand how tired retail staff must be after the Black Friday and I am not expecting any niceties at all. But unless you are on a mission to lose business for your employer, you can't just flip your customers like that. I am sure there are other professions where you don't have to face people (or a certain profile of people, I am just not sure with your response or lack of it). I am sure you will remember me, unless you treat all your customers like that, but my bill number was 3646 and you will know my name as I spelled it out letter by letter.

Great clothing for little ones at generally reasonable prices. Their sales are excellent.

I have good experience here. Staff are so nice and helpful. It has variety of clothes and toys for babies, toddler and kids. It's located near the mall entrance and Hudson Bay on the lower level.They offer reasonable prices. Also,sometimes you can find good discounts.

The sales associate Maddie was rude and ignorant didn't respond properly to anything I asked. And inspite of me telling her the in store and online discount she rang the item incorrectly sonline and in store is different however the discount was for in store and online". When I went back the other lady who processed the refund and wouldn't want to apologize for the mistake made. Overall a bad customer service with ignorant employees."
