Poor Customer service, They lost my baggage and no one responsible

The worst airline I ever see in my life.One star is to much for them.They don't care about complaints.bad people giving hard time to others just for fun❌❌❌

Austrian Airlines have cancelled my tickets and did not even bother telling me about this. I discovered this when I tried to check in to my flight. Surprisingly, I was able to buy tickets to exact flight and seats,just 300$ more. After contacting them I got no refund and only excuses.

One of the worst airlines, avoid it if you can, Cheap Airline, small old plane(more than 20 years old) with no entertainment at all, broken luggage during flight, they did nothing to replace the luggage, I had 30 Samsonite luggage broken during flight

If I could give zero stars, I would do this. this is the worst airlines ever. avoid at all costs.Had 2 trips with them. The first one had a malfunction in the entertainment system (broken USB port, and loose headphone port), and the second one didn't serve me the special meal I ordered when I booked the flight, and then they deny me booking the meal with them so easily!Careless customer service and the poorest service ever. you will not get what you pay for.

Austrian Airlines is the worst airline and horrible customer service. The luggage got broken and were handed to my mum and brother soaked wet. The interior items arrived damaged, and no one even apologized. After following up for more than three weeks, they ask us to bring an official letter that the bags cannot be repaired and the picture of items being damaged and their receipt in order to be compensated. The complaint department was so rude that if we give anything, it is out of our goodwill. And even by calling the Toronto Office no one helped. Basically, customers are paying them NOT to do their jobs! The one star is only because my family got home alive! I do have the email communications in hand in case anyone wanted to know how do they treat their customers.

This is the worst airline, without any doubt.They are horrible people with horrible attitudes and horrible policies.

Austrian Airlines is the worst airline, They have horrible customer service. They are NOT responsible when something happens! They cancelled my flight without any notice and did not provide any alternative flight! Booked 4 months before departure, now I have to buy new flight paying extra $700!! They don't care about your complaints. I don't recommend at all.

Horrible customer service, stay away from this airline. bought tickets from their website and website wont allow for rebooking and says to call our customer service to rebook. Goodluck trying to call customer service, no body picks up the phone, the call drops during conversation and you hear different things from different customer service rep. one says you cannot rebook, another says you can , just do your self a big favor and stay away from this airline.very difficult to contact customer service.
