Ashley at the Fort Mcmurray store is very kind and sweet and a true professional. She dealt me very courteously and explained everything very much in detail. She lead me to the storage unit and guided me all about it. She is a true reflection of a company who cares about their customers !

I moved from Surrey BC to Fort McMurray and was a little nervous when I saw there was only one storage company (thinking they would jack up the prices because theres no competition). But Sentinel is super affordable and accommodating! The employees have been so friendly and helpful and I’m so thankful! I normally don’t give reviews because whenever I read one it sounds fake, but Sentinel has been so great (even when I had to switch to a bigger unit), that I think they deserve a good review :)

The ladies at this Sentinel location in Fort McMurray went so far above and beyond expectations in helping me find the proper materials and them actually wrapping the prizes.Absolutely delighted by the service and the incredible value! I have lived in Fort McMurray for over 2 decades. I have been a very loyal client of Fort Mac Sentinel Storage for the entire time. There pricing is very competitive, and their staff is always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of additional storage. They also have a great presence in the community with sponsorships and community involvement. We really appreciate their commitment to the junior program and ladies night sponsorship at the not-for-profit Rotary Links Golf Course.
