Wonderful visit and it was one of the best customer service I've ever experienced. Reza provided wide variety of eyeglasses that tailored to my day to day activities and special events. Leaving this optical store made me excited for my new style. 10/10 would recommend to friends and families.

Worst customer service I have ever received in a store. The older Asian lady is extremely judgmental and has an even worse attitude problem. The way she does her job it seems like she hates her job. Don’t waste your time here. You’re better off shopping at sunglass hut or even LensCrafters.

Amazing location and wonderful people, bought two pairs from them and they are awesome. They are always willing to fix them up if there are any issues with them afterwards. 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get a good deal on glasses.

Sales girl was unprofessional, when we told her that there is two weeks delay in the delivery time.She didn't even check in the computer, as there was a bottle of spray ans glass cleaning clothas compensation for the delay.Manager should advice the girl to be professional.

Stopped by to check out prescription glasses and was assisted by Ashley. She was so kind, knowledgeable and attentive that even though they don't take my insurance plan, I decided to purchase my frames & lenses here out of pocket. They have a really nice designer frame selection and better quality lenses than at Lenscrafters. Can't wait to pick up my glasses soon - thanks again!

Walk into this store browsing about 5mins, there are two person behind counter, none of them greeting me, one of them had eye contact with me and saying nothing. This is the worst experience ever. I walked out the store straight to the sunglasses hut and buying 2 sunglasses.

The best service I have ever received buying glasses. Mehrnaz was very informative and helpful. This is definitely the place to go for your glasses. We shopped around at all the big name stores but nothing came close in service and price than Eyestar Markham. Mehrnaz went above and beyond helping me pick out frames that we liked and suited us well. She really knows her stuff - our glasses will be perfect for us and it's all thanks to Mehrnaz. Over all from the optician to the optometrist top notch quality and service. Thank you!

The Manager is utterly unfriendly and gives off the vibe/attitude of not wanting to help.Bought 3 sunglasses with them all at once, and she made it so complicated for me with their processes.Wouldn't recommend coming here for their poor customer service.

Outstanding customer service, Ireene was so patient and knowledgeable with the products. She allowed me to try on many pairs of glasses until we found the few pairs that I liked. The Store Manager Niousha was so friendly and helpful as well! She took so much care in ensuring that I receive the best care for my custom lenses. Finally, the on-site Optometrist was SO friendly and compassionate, I was 30 minutes late for my appointment and he still offered to see me. Again, overall best service I experienced in a long time, I will definitely make this my home store for all my glasses needs! 100% Recommend! Not to mention, the selection of sunglasses is unreal! All of the best/hard to find designer glasses are in store! Thank you Eyestar Optical Markham!

Went to get a set of glasses and was able to get the exact ones I want ordered in a timely manner. Ashley and Reza were of great help, very patient, and provided amazing service. Would definitely recommend going to them again.
