Supercuts

I like walk in system of Supercuts. The staff is friendly and respectful.

My first visit was this afternoon and it was awesome! Staff was friendly! As a walk-in the wait time wasn't too long and the quoted time was very accurate. The stylist (Jasmine) put me at ease and reassured me about my hair choices and hair health, and, seeing as I had not been to get my hair cut in about 5 years, that was a big weight off my shoulders. Wonderful experience!

If I could give this place a zero star review I would. I’m one of those people who has really long hair and bad anxiety about getting it cut. I went in for just a trim to keep it healthy and the women who trimmed it did not listen to a word I was saying and tried to convince me that the front of my hair was significantly longer then the back. Which is not true at all, and that I needed to cut off like 3 inches to even it all out, and when I didn’t want to she told me that she couldn’t trim the back of my hair and only trimmed the sides and the under hair that grows from the back of your head and not the top. She clearly did not know what she was talking about, and I will never be going there again.

They always do a great job, and staff is always friendly.

I enjoy this outfit. I met the owner, she seemed nice. The younger spunky Jordan has cut my hair twice, she's lovely and tells it like it is. Personality is key these days and she is great. Thanks

I brought my 14yo niece in for a haircut. Supercuts was the only salon taking clients, I'll be honest i was apprehensive about getting our hair done there. Boy was I wrong! The ladies there were so friendly, professional and kind. My niece has always had long hair and wanted to go short. The stylists sat with her and looked at some styles she was thinking about, suggested a style and off they went. She cut off a few inches and checked in with my niece ensuring she wanted to proceed. The ladies there helped her overcome her fear of cutting off all her hair and helped her see that she is not defined by her hair. I can not thank them enough . The photos are as the hair was being cut, not the final product. (The line on her neck was from an undercut I did a few days prior, the stylist softened the line very well.)

I've been going to supercuts for the last few years and I honestly can't imagine ever going anywhere else. The atmosphere is so kind and welcoming and the employees are very sweet! I love getting my hair cut there.

Polite and efficient. Didn't need an appointment and they are open late. Not like most of the downtown shops which close at 5pm. What happens for those who work 9 to 5pm? They don't care.

Brought my daughter in on the day of her birthday for a walk-in. This was a Saturday and something was in her hair and dreaded it. It was the size of a squirrel on top of her head and just a couple of inches away from the scalp.Monica saw her. My daughter's usually nervous about haircuts but she was chill.
