C&C replaced our strata's 2 HVAC units. One of the units hasn't worked properly since day one. Fast forward a year later and C&C has billed us over $6000 on top of the unit's original cost as they fumble about unable to fix the unit which should be covered under warranty. But they say it has no warranty because the warranty expired before they installed it. Now they've quoted $1000 to replace the motor shaft which is worn out. Amazing since the unit hasn't been running!

C&C has always been a great company to our Strata in Kitsilano since 2014. Recently I had to personally use their plumber on a weekend. The gentlemen was very courteous, professional and prompt. When I had a concern with the bill Garret personally called me at home after I spoke Jamie ( woman in accounting ) and he helped me with compassion and kindness. Kudos and many thanks for a company that employs professional employees. Kindness goes a long way especially in these challenging times.Cheers

This company shines in comparison to other 24hr plumbing companies I have used . The office staff is fantastic and so are the field staff . The cheerleaders that deserve recognition are Ashley Main and David Kallin . I look forward to continuing business with this team for years to come.

Our strata building was left with no water for more than 24 hours, with no communication or updates from this contractor.

I don't know much about the rest of the company, but I was very happy with the plumber that did the shower fixture installation in my home. His name is Robert, he did a perfect job and made sure everything was working fine and left the place spotless.

This company came in to fix a neighbours pipe that had broken underground. Upon leaving, the technicians when re-opening the main valve into the complex did some sort of damage to said valve, severely affecting the pressure for that whole row of units. My unit, at the end of the row, has zero water pressure now and will remain that way until next week, at best. It was been four days now with virtually no water, and will be that way for an undetermined amount of time. When I called them, I was told that I actually DO have water pressure (not true) and that they are waiting on a part that will hopefully arrive next week. While I can appreciate that at this point their hands are tied, it doesn’t negate the fact that their crew came in and did damage that’s going to last for over a week (at best). We cannot use our laundry machines, dishwasher, or give our two year old a bath. We will have to find accommodation for the Christmas weekend elsewhere , whether it’s family or an Airbnb.

I hope the Customers are treated better than the interaction I just witnessed at a local White Rock establishment where an employee of this company used profanity and rude behavior when advised the business does not provide tap water to customers.I am unsure what the trade of this person might be or whether he was just having a bad day but this type of behavior should never occur as a company representative.

I am writing this review on behalf of my grandparents who are not technologically inclined. They said they had a great experience with a young man named Alec this past week. They had used previous companies who have been more than an hour late and and struggled to get their plumbing issues resolved. They said Alec was very professional and kind, and got the job done in a very timely manner. They were kept up to speed with the work and their place was left very clean afterwards! Job well done!

Robert is such an angel. He went the extra mile to make sure things work out perfectly. Make sure you ask for Robert, if possible. He will do a tremendous job and treat you like family.

This company is a contractor to fix my building plumbing issue. They scheduled to turn off the water from 8am to 5pm. However, they left at 5pm without completing leaving the whole building without access to water. They only came back after residents complained to the property management.
