I showed up early so i understand when morning duties need to be finished. But the esso guy didn't let me into the store for 30 minutes after they were supposed to be opened.If the store opens at 6am and the opening duties take an hour then the morning opener should be there by 5am.Cant get a coffee from Tim's because esso cant get it together

Best Tim Horton's in St. John's for sure! The staff are always friendly. Coffee and food are always fresh and delicious. They're usually pretty busy, but the staff there manage to get orders out to customers very fast! I'd rate it 6 stars if I could!

I stopped by this location for the first time today. I ordered 1 medium tea with 2 milk, and a medium iced coffee. When I got to the window, I was given a a small iced coffee and small tea. The tea was okay, but the iced Coffee was so sweet that even when I stirred it, it was too sweet to drink. I had to just throw it away. I was also charged for 2 medium and got 2 smalls.

I usually don't have any problems with this location. The staff are always really friendly and the wait is usually short. I just want to know why this location discriminates against walk-in customers. Any time they are short staffed, they close down the storefront. I get that it's a gas station, but surely that isn't a good enough reason not to serve people who walk? Any time this happens, Tim's loses my sale for the day because it is easier to walk to McDonald's or Element than go to another Tim's

I went through the drive thru with my girlfriend and I got a blt on a bagel no tomato with a coffee; when I payed and got my order I got a bag of bacon lettuce and a cup of mayo, no bagel. I thought whatever so I went back in to fix it and they did but only gave me a bagel so I had to build it myself. So I went back in to ask them to assemble it, and that’s when they ran out of ingredients so I had to eat a mayo bagel with some reused bacon. The staff was very kind in helping me but the manager was really rude and lost. With a McDonald’s next store, I suggest getting that for breakfast from now on, they seem to be actually competent.

I stopped in for a blueberry muffin and it was delicious! The service was fast and friendly, what could I possiblly to complain about?

There was a gentleman on drive through, and when I politely asked for a small , non-alcoholic water he happily agreed. He is definitely one of , if not the best fast food worker I have ever encountered . Thank you for your service sir, you have single handedly earned your restaurant this 5 star review !

Once again, no toaster! Don’t sell bagels if you don’t have a toaster! Waited in line for 10 min only to find out the toaster is still broken! Terrible ownership!

One kid working 2 hours on drive thru and front cash with the owner no where in sight. Absolutely pathetic way to run a business, close your store the poor kid is being yelled at for your incompetent ownership
