Amazing place to get your e bike worked on. I go there whenever I need my hike fixed and the staff are always so nice and never scam you for prices. Would highly recommend for this ebuke shop for ebike repairs or ebike sales

I recently visited this bike shop and had an amazing experience. The mechanics were incredibly helpful with problem-solving and addressing the issue with my bike. Their knowledge and expertise were top-notch and I'm so grateful for the great service I received.David, in particular, was exceptional. He spent a considerable amount of time explaining and educating me about my e-bike, and even showed me how to maintain and care for it. He went above and beyond to ensure that my bike was fixed perfectly and I couldn't be happier with the result.I highly recommend Obsession to anyone in need of quality service and expert advice. Amazing customer service!I heard that Obsession Bikes has great customer service and I can now attest to it myself. I called their e-Bike location and spoke to Ed on the phone to ask him about the bikes they had in stock, and the ones they'll be getting in shortly. At this time, they didn't have the Trek bike I was looking for but, hey, bikes are hard to come by these days. However, I believe that customer service begins on the phone; it has a direct impact on the reflection of the company in the perspective buyer's mind. I would, without a doubt, buy a bike from Obsession Bikes knowing I'd be served well and not just at the point of purchase, but for years after.Thanks Ed for your brilliant service. Rare indeed!

They have a great service team here. Top notch Tom thanks!. Also matched my accent color with the cable crimp I appreciate the attention to detail. If you've got an e-mtb in North van and need work done this is where to go, they take care of their customers.

The bikes here are definitely excellent quality bikes, and are all serviceable by them which is awesome! This bike shop is great. I came down here because my bike seat was loose and needed to be reinstalled and tightened; I met a beauty worker in service and he did that for me so efficiently and with great attitude and free of charge. This is going to be my go-to bike shop from now on and I recommend here to anyone!

Had a great experience, starting from the initial phone call with Jacob. Came down with my wife 20 minutes before the shop closed, and didn't feel rushed at all. They gave us a couple of bikes to test drive - first time for both of us on an e-bike and we had a blast. There is a paved trail directly out of their front door, so we could test out the bikes safely and without worrying about being on a busy street. The location is perfect for that reason. We came back from our test ride and bought both bikes. James, the owner delivered them to our condo in Lynn Valley the next day. We have been out for 3 rides so far, each time going further with our last ride being 26km, from the waterfront to home its an elevation change of 500ft - thats the reason we needed an e-bike, as we live on a mountain. I not only recommend getting an e-bike, but give these guys a shot, you will be impressed with their knowledge, sales approach and service. I wish every buying experience was like this.

My brakes completely wore out and I showed up to the shop 10 minutes before close. I thought I would buys some pads and struggle to put them on myself but the mechanic offered to stay and do it the as it was a safety issue. Super happy with the service.

I can't say enough good things about the store and the people working there - they truly are the best. So incredibly helpful, accommodating and knowledgeable. They've been so great helping me with my new e-bike and I could not be more impressed with a staff if I tried. Don't even think about going anywhere else!

Really friendly, very knowledgeable staff, willing to help whether you've bought one of their bikes or not. I wanted to change the handlebars on my bike, which I bought elsewhere, and they did it quickly and efficiently. It was a perfect solution. My next bike will definitely be one of theirs!
