As a woman, I have to say, I was treated respectfully and equally from the moment I walked in to the moment I drove away. Between Kramer to Michelle and the delivery guy (Joe?), they were all a lot of fun and had an amazing positive experience!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!! Took my car in to have the AC fixed and got it back all scratched up and damaged and when I complained they sent me some foggy screenshots from their security camera footage “which are note dated” saying that I brought it in damaged and the damage is clearly from lifting the car and now they won’t fix it and it costs about $4,000

I would give Kia service top marks - the appointment was easy to make, staff were friendly and ready to go when I arrived plus I was told there was a recall notice but I didn't think I would have time to wait for plus the service I was there for. Kia managed to get everything done including the recall work well within my time constraints. Overall a great experience

My sales experience with Kyle 1 year ago was great! Dealt with Denise in service today and she was also really nice and professional!Only thing is that the interior of my vehicle smelled pretty bad when I got it back? I’m currently airing out the vehicle to try and reduce the bad BO smell. I feel weird saying this but I would appreciate if the mechanics would pay a little more attention to personal hygiene? I get that it’s a sweaty job though.Detailing wasn’t available at the time because the person called in sick (but I still paid the same price), and the $40 cap (round trip) on Uber rides is pretty limiting. For the $500 price tag I paid for service 2 + tire change on a vehicle with 13K on it, I’m leaning towards trying out a different KIA for service next time.Overall still a pretty decent dealership, but the service department experience could be improved overall.
