I’ve been seeing Alicia since she opened and she has been the best RMT I’ve ever had! She is very personable, extremely professional and always up to date with the latest techniques and therapies. She truly cares for her patient’s wellbeings in all aspects of their lives. Highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Alicia and would highly recommence this practice. Great therapists, central location with sufficient parking, online booking so you're not limited to business hours only to book an appointment. The fact that they now do direct billing is the icing on the cake. I would not hesitate to recommend Midtown Massage.

I began going here a year ago and was fairly pleased with my experience. Christine was my RMT and she helped me release tension in my shoulders as well as my hips. I was expecting a baby when I first went to her and she was very helpful and even referred me to a physiotherapist to help with some of the pregnancy pain I was experiencing in my lower back. She was amazing.One thing however, I learned recently is if you can’t make an appointment with your usual RMT, the other 4 RMT’s in the office won’t take you as a client. Since having a baby, I’ve had to reschedule my appointments and I rescheduled with one of the other girls and she sent me an email saying she couldn’t take me on even though I was already a client at their office and said she would put me on the wait list to see Christine, meanwhile Christine was getting ready for maternity leave so I was left without an RMT for 2 months.I found a different massage office to go too as I need a place to be flexible to fit me in and I don’t want to be told “you’re not my client so I can’t help you.” The year I’ve been with the collective has been good but I wish they didn’t run on this mentality of because my regular person isn’t available, I get no service from anyone.

After searching for a good RMT, I finally came across this place. Been going to Abby Massage Collective for a few years and I have since moved out of town, but I still continue to commute to Abbotsford to make my appointments. Shout out to Brittany! If you get the opportunity to be a client here, take it!

Met Sophie Sarazin RMT for the first time. She is very friendly and her massage technique is exactly what I'm looking for. I'll definitely be back to see her.The clinic itself is centrally located with available parking, well maintained and clean.

I've been seeing Alicia for many years. She is a great massage therapist and person to be around. She saw me through 2 pregnancies and even though I don't make it as often as I should, she always takes good care of me and helps relieve my back and neck pain and helps with my tension headaches.I have also seen Lexi and would highly recommend her as well :)
